The PARADISE VILLAGE FAMILY COMPLEX apartments are one of the major references in holiday rentals in Salou and on the Costa Dorada. They have been awarded by Booking.com with the Traveller Review Awards distinction from 2020 to the present day, for their quality and the excellent evaluations from our guests. With an unbeatable location to enjoy the summer essence of Salou in a peaceful and family-friendly environment. Just a stone's throw from PortAventura World, you can walk from your apartment and save yourself the parking. About 500m from Llevant Beach. Perfect for families with small children and awarded the Blue Flag.



We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but all have the same main features. Special requests such as a specific apartment, the exact view or floor are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request it when making your booking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Large communal area with garden, 2 swimming pools (one for the youngest) and play area with swings and games. Perfect for families with small children!

- Group bookings are not accepted. These accommodations are rented exclusively to a couple or families.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Add it at a special price at the end of your booking. During high season it is difficult to park in Salou and booking parking at reception will be more expensive.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, bien agencé, fonctionnel ! Proche de tout à pieds. La résidence est calme, propre, et la piscine est topissime, c'est un gros + ! Le parking sous-terrain et la résidence entièrement sécurisée sont un autre très bon + ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine, avec les mêmes prestations ! Merci pour cet excellent séjour à Salou ! Quelques réparations à effectuer dans l'appartement. Mise à disposition d'un petit aspirateur ne serait pas du luxe.

Estancia Paradise Village de UNIVERSAL HOLIDAY CENTRE EN SALOU

Del 27 de julio al 4 de agosto de 2024 Paradise Village no identifica con precisión las características de cada apartamento. Publica todas las fotos mezcladas Contrato estancia en apartamento para 6 personas, dando por supuesto que existen 3 habitaciones (el precio es de 1670 euros) La realidad es que son dos habitaciones 1.cama matrimonio 1 cama nido con colchón en el suelo 1 sofa cama Puedo asumir error de no preguntar la distribución de la casa de una manera mas precisa. A la llegada nos encontramos con un apartamento sucio, con arena en las sillas, útiles de limpieza sucios en la cocina...hecho que ponemos en conocimiento de inmediato. En el cuarto de la cama nido, la persiana esta rota. El arreglo se produce el 7 dia de estancia. La comunicación con la persona de la agencia(siempre por WhatsApp) no es fluida y evita asumir la responsabilidad de la agencia. No estan orientados a la satisfacción del cliente. Por último cobran el uso del wifi. En 2024 te hacen sentir en 2004. Dificil de entender. Te solicitan fianza de 300 euros que no devuelven a la salida. El plazo de devolución es de 7 a 10 dias posteriores a dejar el apartamento. El apartamento en el resto de cuestiones esta bien distribuido, salón, baños bien , una estupenda terraza y calidad de aire acondicionado . Me han solicitado opinión sobre la propiedad de Peter ( propietario al que no conocemos)y así lo hago, entendido que mal gestionada por UNIVERSAL HOLIDAY.
