The appartment was quiet, clean, with a big terrace and airconditioning, which was much needed. Check-in/ out great. José Maria receptive, helpful, available.For us the only downside was that the area is very touristy and overdevelopped, with most of the local restaurants offering English food, and the nearest bar being an irish pub. Completely get that it is difficult to convey this in the description. There are large package holiday complexes nearby. It is for that reason that I have given it 4 *, and not 5*. The actual accommodation itself was very good indeed, and because of the trees surrounding it, very well screened from the hotels nearby, which cater to families, so are not at all rowdy. The flat was very peaceful. Just maybe not "Spanish" enough for our liking.

Very relaxing! Excellent views! Parking was tough. There are provisions to park elsewhere, but it is a walk. Be creative, and park around the block. Stairs are tough if you have knee or leg issues. Coffee pot was there, but is tricky to use, as it is an inexpensive model. Note: no air conditioning. Beach towels would be a welcome addition. This place melts the stress away. We would definetely stay again!

Le logement est très bien nous y avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants.La vue est superbe et la grande terrasse également. Côté pratique d'avoir la plage en bas et les restaurants, snacks et supérettes. Très bien situé et très calme. Le parking privé n'est pas à côté du logement mais très pratique en haute saison ! La communication avec José Maria est très fluide et il est très réactif.Nous y reviendrons !

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gute, schnelle Kommunikation.Der Wohnkomplex ist ingesamt eher ungepflegt. Die Wohnung grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cap Salou. La communication, les indications d’arrivée et de départ ont été parfaites. Le logement est très propre et la vue est magnifique. Il nous a manqué un plateau et un saladier pour parfaire les repas. Nous recommandons cette location pour ceux qui apprécient, comme nous, la proximité de la plage : 3 mn à pied et plouf !

Un très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances chez José . L’appartement est très fonctionnel, et très bien placé avec la plage juste à côté et le supermarché. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profité de la terrasse qui offre une vue absolument magnifique . La communication avec José a été très fluide et très facile . Nous recommandons cet endroit surtout à cette période de l’année !

Emplacement idéal et reposant

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. J’ai longtemps hésité à choisir un logement dans le centre de Salou mais finalement je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi Cap Salou. Beaucoup plus calme et nature. Et cette vue depuis la terrasse et juste à couper le souffle. Attention cependant logement non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, ainsi que le quartier où il y a de très nombreuses montées et descentes. Le parking même s’il n’est pas juste à côté et un réel atout car en plein mois d’août il n’y a jamais de place en bas. Merci à José pour sa disponibilité et son efficacité quand nous avons eu des problèmes. Pour les environs vous avez plusieurs plages à proximité mais ma préférée reste Cala Crancs, vous pouvez y accéder soir par la route soit en prenant le chemin de ronde qui passe en bas du logement. Les commerces et restaurants/bars à proximité sont un plus. Le super marché Michelangelo très bien pour dépanner mais très cher. si je devais planifier un nouveau voyage à Salou sans hésiter je reviendrai dans ce logement.

Très bon mais très chaud sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour. La vue est splendide et l'emplacement au top pour Cap Salou (proche des superettes, restaurants, pharmacie..). Pas besoin de voiture. Le parking fermé est à environ 400m. Aucune chance d'avoir une place dans la rue l'été. Appartement renové. Il est au calme et à 2mn de la mer 😊 Les moins: pas de climatisation. Nous avons eu tres chaud. Il manque un aspirateur ou balai pour l'interieur ainsi que des rangements pour les vetements. Et un peu de vaisselle. C'est un peu juste en poele, casserole et verres.

Il est vrai que la semaine dernière nous avons eu une forte canicule qui n'est pas normale dans cette région, cette année, à la fin de la saison, il a été décidé d'installer des climatiseurs pour plus de confort, elle sera agrandie avec une armoire à vêtements. le salon et Il y aura une extension et toutes les modifications nécessaires aux ustensiles de cuisine. Notre souhait est que le client bénéficie du meilleur confort possible et passe de bonnes vacances. Merci pour vos commentaires, cela nous aide à nous améliorer.

Superbe vue

Un super logement qui correspond bien à l’annonce. Le +++ : une vue vraiment magnifique ! Le ++ : un logement rénové parfait pour 4 personnes dans un quartier calme en face de la crique Le + : le linge de maison fourni Un petit bémol cependant pour l’absence de climatisation. Même s’il y a des ventilateurs, dans la mesure où l’appartement est orienté sud-ouest, la température dans le logement monte très haut y compris la nuit. C’est un peu dommage. Mis à part cela, tout est très bien ! Nous recommandons.

Merci pour votre commentaire, nous prévoyons de mettre la climatisation à la fin de la saison pour un meilleur confort. Normalement, nous n'avons pas de problèmes de chaleur dans cette propriété, oui c'est vrai que malheureusement nous avons eu les nuits les plus chaudes de l'année pendant votre séjour, je dois aussi dire pour votre défense de votre commentaire, je ne sais pas pourquoi le ventilateur dans sa chambre avait changé la direction des pales et presque rien n'était perceptible, les pales poussaient l'air vers le haut au lieu de vers le bas, nous nous en sommes rendu compte dans la revue le jour de son départ, il a immédiatement appuyé sur le bouton qu'il faut changer de direction de rotation et maintenant cela fonctionne correctement. Cette installation de climatisation avait été pensée depuis longtemps mais nous ne l'avons pas jugée nécessaire, votre commentaire et votre expérience en ces jours de chaleur ont incité à une décision ferme sur cette prochaine installation. Avec cette installation, cette magnifique propriété, de par son emplacement et ses vues, sera préparée pour offrir le confort nécessaire lors des journées chaudes. Cordialement.

Sejour a Cap Salou

Gepflegte Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem wunderschönen Blick von der großzügigen Terrasse. Das Meer ist in 100 Meter von der Tür, mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt gibt es auch in 300 m von der Wohnung. Der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam, es ist leicht ihn zu erreichen und er war sehr bemüht, alle Fragen zu klären. Im April ein wunderbares Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.
