Excellent apartment. Very clean and spacious. The lovely Anna went above and beyond while waiting until early hours of the morning for our delayed flight and long queue at Passport Control. Would stay again.

Nous avons passé nos vacances pour la deuxième année dans cet appartement et revenons à nouveau enchantés de notre sejour. Proche de tout il est pratique même sans voiture Par contre il faut être marcheur car ça monte comme souvent à benalmadena..Merci à Claudio pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. très bon séjour.

L'appartement correspond en tout point à sa description. Très confortable, tranquille, bien équipé. Secteur résidentiel à distance de marche de la plage malgré les nombreuses montées et descentes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de trois mois. Les transports en commun sont très bien organisés (train et autobus) et l'Andalousie est une belle région à visiter.

Great location quiet but not far from bars and town centre. ana was brilliant and on hand if we needed her. it was a pleasure to stay here everything we needed ..would def reccommend to family and friends. great pool choice of 2 that most days had to ourselves. thank you so much for a beautiful stay..

Lovely apartment!

This apartment is perfct for a holiday break. It is central for shops , restaurants and all facilities. It is a short walk downhill to get to the beach and Marina but can be made easier coming back up by using side streets rather than coming straight up the hill. We are in our seventies and managed very well! We had a very warm welcome even although we had a very late flight arrival. The apartment and gardens and swimming pool were really well maintained and the owners kept in touchto make sure we were ok. Hope to be back before too long. Thank you Claudio & Sol.

Very nice unit but not really close to the beach and neighbours dog barking is a real problem

Considering the distance to the beach the price seems to be over the market for that area. The neighbours dogs bark at every noise and day and night. There was no price reduction offered considering the unexpected problems.

Ken, I regret the inconveniente of barking. People everywhere have dogs and It is normal for them to bark when they hear movement. In particular, we only hear neighbour's dog barking when someone coming in or out and no other guest has mentioned that issue at all. I do not agree that for this reason you expect a disccount on the price we had already made you (48,50€/night). We had provided you flexibility with the data of arrival; we also went to train station to pick you Up without any charge; we had been at your disponsal indicating places of interest to visit and where to eat, etc. And the most important: the apartment is in top condition and the urbanization is clean and quiet and its located between 7 and 10 minutes walking from the beach and Puerto Marina (as It clearly says in the advertisement, being able to consult the exact location in Google Maps before booking). Ken, I really sorry that the topic you comment had tarnished your stay.
