Il Borgo Mediceo is a beautiful stylish property with swimming pool, split into three units and situated on a hill, 8 km from the beach of Forte dei Marmi, in the Versilia area. Equipped with several amenities (mosquito repellent system in the garden to guarantee a healthy and relaxing stay, air conditioning and heating in every room, alarm system, video intercom, solar panels for hot water, Wi-Fi, induction stove), the property has 5 bedrooms, 3 kitchens and 6 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. The property is rented to a unique group or family only.

Il Borgo Mediceo (375 sm), consists of three independent recently restored units, furnished with refined design objects or works designed by the owner or purchased over time in antique markets. The property is surrounded by 2000 sm of a beautiful enclosed garden.

The main house (155 sm) is structured on two floors: the ground floor consists of a bright elegant living area, furnished with sofas, a library, a fireplace, and a dining table. Then you will find a lovely fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and with a direct access to the external porch, equipped with a dining table witn chairs, ideal for alfresco outdoor lunch/dinner with friends. A toilet makes the rest of the floor.

First floor: two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one en suite).

Second house (128 sm): it is set on two floors: ground floor with a living room with a convertible sofa-bed, one double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The second floor (with independent entrance) consists of a living room with a convertible sofabed, one double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Third house (38,50 sm): a large open space living room with 2 single sofa beds (convertible into one double bed), and bathroom with shower .

The outdoor areas are enhanced by a lovely private swimming pool (17m x 4,80 with salted water), open all year.

The fenced garden (2000 sm) is equipped with sofas, sun beds and comfortable outside decors. The covered veranda offers guests the opportunity to have lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery or have dinner and enjoy the tranquil Tuscan nights. Il Borgo Mediceo is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, different kinds of trees, bushes and flowers. Private parking .The alarm system (with automatic gate and video-intercom) assures maximum safety and privacy.

I.E. In case of loss of the keys of the property and the safe, the costs will be charged to the guest (250€).

From Il Borgo Mediceo, guests can easily travel to the major art cities and tourist spots in Tuscany such as Pietrasanta just 15 minutes away, Lucca or Pisa 30 minutes away, Florence 60 minutes away, Volterra and San Gimignano 1 hour and 30 minutes away, Siena 2 hours away. Furthermore, it takes just 30 minutes to get to Pisa International Airport.

NOTE: The property, even if composed of three different units, is not rented separately to different guests but to a single group/family only. During high seasons, the property is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
