It is a loft with panoramic sea views, from where you can enjoy magical sunsets and the relaxing sound of the waves.
Guests can enjoy being in the center of the city, with all the necessary services, while being able to walk, sunbathe or bathe on one of the best beaches in the Canary Islands.
The house has two entrances, it has an elevator and it is located on the 5th floor, which gives it a perfect perspective to visualize the horizon and part of the coast of Gran Canaria.
The specific area is located between the Isthmus of La Isleta and Las Canteras Beach and the La Puntilla area and El Confital Beach, located right on the promenade that connects both.
