Charming fully equipped apartment in Les Menuires - Quartier Preyerand - Résidence Le Sarvan the slopes. (+ Photos on request).
Renovated in November 2018. Very nice quality.

Apartment on the top floor with stunning views of the Masse mountain range. No vis-à-vis. Departure and return to the apartment from the slopes!
Shops, restaurants, ski lifts close on foot.
La Croisette Les Menuires is a 5 minute walk.

Very good value for money

Really nice apartment in a very good location. Kitchen is great and it was very clean. Only reason for no 5 stars was the lack of towels and bed sheets. Other than that it was a great stay

Great appt

Great location, clear joining instructions. Appt is very small but ideal for dad and 2 teens. Only problem was arriving at 10pm and not being able to open lock box, however eventually got in contact with owner who gave us a 2nd code which worked.

Great location, charming property

Location was great, with a couple of excellent restaurants close by, the free lift at close distant, ski in ski out, great lockers for equipment. The flat itself is very well equipped and of good decoration standard. Communication was fairly quick and easy. The only thing I wish was that we could pay for the end of stay cleaning and that the cleaning was done professionally as the people who stayed before us did an average job at cleaning and someone had broken the hoover. I would definitely book again though.

Fantastic location

You could not ask for a better location, straight on to the slopes (down to a short lift) and right next to the ‘all day/evening’ lift to take you into town and back if needed. The apartment is small but clean and well equipped. When there was a problem I informed the owner who replied very quickly. Only downside is the lack of WiF. Free wifi is available in the main town area though -(although I never managed to connect successfully). Would be a tight squeeze for a family with teenagers but for a young family or even just for a couple looking for a great appartment, this would be ideal.

Great location for ski trip

Very nice apartment perfect size for my son and I for a week ski trip. I think you could fit 3 or 4 but 2 seems like the ideal number given the size. Located in Preyerand section of Les menuires, there is a free gondola to la croisette/the main village every couple minutes and is about 2 minutes walk. Small super market and ski rental also 3 minute walk and La Ruade and le petit ogre (takeout burgers and pizza) 1 minute walk. You can ski down to the bettex lift and ride it to just above the main Les Menuires village or we preffered just taking the pedestrian gondola up and walking over to the Roc 1 or Menuires lifts. Has all the necessities, Nespresso machine, kettle, cookware, dishes,, hair dryer. Ski locker very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

Séjour globalement très bienIndications d'accès à l'appartement très clairesL'emplacement de l'appartement est juste TOP, vraiment ski aux pieds sur la piste Bettex, avec le casier à ski, proche de tout à pieds mais au calme et la vue est splendide sur la montagne, à couper le souffle !Par ailleurs appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire. Mais points importants :- Matelas du canapé très usé, déformé, ce qui rend les nuits très compliquées ... Il faut penser à le changer depuis 2018 !- Ouverture du casier à ski difficile - Penser peut être un jour à remplacer la douchette au lieu de faire du rafistolage avec du scotch... - Rideau de douche beaucoup trop long qui baigne sous les pieds, donc à raccourcir accesoirement

Difficulte de recuperer les cles le frigidaire avec du moisi a l interieure le four non nettoye nous n avons pas utiliser le four .Pas de petite table sur le balcon. Pas d axcessibilite a la WIFI.Nous n avons pas pu utiliser le local a ski au 3eme etage la cle ou le verrou ne fonctionner pas.

Magnifique séjour de ski aux Menuires

Nous avons passé une semaine aux Menuires en famille réduite. La description de l'appartement est fidèle à sa désignation, très bien situé et agréable. Un petit bémol en ce qu'il contient très peu de rangements, ce qui peut s'avérer problématique pour les sports d'hiver.

bon séjour ( hors propreté lieux a l arrivée)

bonjour, comme dis plus haut et en direct avec la gérance, le séjour s'est bien passé, bon emplacement , depart et retour skis au pieds c'est top, le bémol sera sur 2 points : la propreté lieux et matériels ( vaisselles, alises etc ...) a l arrivée, j ai du tout renettoyer a fond, je doute fort qu un contrôle de nettoyage ai été fait apres le dernier locataire ou en sa présence ...et second point : le gros manque d'ustensiles de cuisine : tire bouchon ( que j ai du racheter et laissé sur place du coup, qq verres, verres a pied ( dommage en temps de fetes de Noel!:-(, spatules, roulette a pizza , type de plats, couteau a pain, couteau tranchant divers qui aurait été pratique pour genre trancher des saucissons :-) tt ça impossible etc ...., et le rideau de douche est clairement a changer ( tres tres sale) , voila voila, j en ai fais part au service de gestion, en espérant que ce la soit pris en compte pour les futurs locations car ca fait défaut lors d'un sejour qui se veut " sans soucis", bonne journee

Ménage bof mais je pense que le propriétaire paye une prestation pour rien. Le lieu super, même si petit (indiqué sur l’annonce donc pas de surprise) et le propriétaire est très à l’écoute. Ski en bas de l’immeuble donc parfait. Tarif vs confort bien. Je conseille pour un couple.

Au pied des pistes

Super sejour, depart et retour des pistes tres facile. Batiment calme, accès facile au centre des menuires. Bel agencement, pratique. Ce serait un plaisir d'y revenir !

Super appartement pour pouvoir se loger, convenablement et profitez des pistes de ski ou même y aller l'été pour de la marche, Manque peu être un micro-ondes, mais sinon l'appartement est assez bien équipé
