The Penthouse Miami is a stunning apartment with a private pool, enjoying a privileged location in the Montechoro area, 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Oura Street in Albufeira.



This fantastic 4-bedroom apartment, located on the 13th floor with elevator and stair access, offers free internet and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a service bathroom.



The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare your meals and enjoy them in the dining area, featuring the impressive view provided by large windows. Access to the upper floors is via a spiral staircase, offering an incredible view of the city and the sea.



On the upper floor, you will find an extraordinary balcony, an outdoor space where you can enjoy the stunning view of the city and the sea.



The fantastic, imposing upper terrace features a private pool, a dining area with a barbecue, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends during an outdoor meal, with a panoramic view of the city and beyond.



The Penthouse Miami is located in a magnificent complex with an outdoor pool (common) and a smaller one for children, with well-maintained and charming gardens.



Due to its location in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, this apartment is a short distance from all necessary amenities for unforgettable holidays, such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops, bars, banks, golden sand beaches, golf, water sports, and boat trips.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Our stay at Penthouse Miami was absolutely incredible. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the views are simply breathtaking. Prachtig uitzicht

Het uitzicht waar je vooraf op hoopt bij een penthouse is hier werkelijkheid. Wij waren verder maar met twee volwassenen en dan is het heerlijk ruim met de verschillende terrassen en zitjes. Drie hele muren zijn beneden geheel van glas, met balkon, waardoor je continu de zon (of schaduw?) op kan zoeken en heerlijk de zonsopgang of -ondergang kunt bekijken of gewoon even over de stad of de oceaan kan wegdromen. De woonruimte heeft geen gordijnen en een stenen vloer en tafelbladen, waardoor het wel erg gehorig is. Iets dat bij een betonnen pand al snel effect heeft. 's nachts hoor je zelfs de liften ook als die op andere verdiepingen zijn.

Just an amazing trip

We were a group of 8 young athletes from the Nederland looking for a relaxing and fun trip. We spent one week here and it all was fabulous. Great apartment with lots of space a very nice view. We could see the sea from one point to another. The night life was amazing. The only negative observation from us is that fact that some bars were already closed for winter. Well, that did not ruin our stay as there were planty of places to hang out. Also, the apartment was perfect for us to rest. We did a inland safari, suggested by the local rep Janine. Also, suggested by her, we accepted to go on a boat tour on one of their boats. What a great day. The captain's assistant, Joana, was very nice indeed, very beautiful and always attentive. Captain Tiago was great and provided us a very cool day. We probably will not return as a group but I will be back with my family for sure. Bedankt allemaal!

Don't hesitate to book.

The apartment is massive and has everything you could want to make a special holiday. Good internet throughout the apartment and excellent TV service. The views from the apartment were spectacular although the weather wasn't that kind to us it didn't spoil the holiday. On arrival Miguel received us very well. Any requirements that you may have are seen to promptly. Will be going back.

Stunning views, good location, main living areas beautiful,bedrooms & bathrooms need updating.

We were a group of 8 , with the youngest being 15 years . The company staff were friendly and helpful, although the staff on reception downstairs could of done with cracking a smile once in a while . The main living areas were beautiful,and the views were stunning, the location was fine for walking to the main strip, and a taxi ride to the old town only took 10 mins, the bedrooms were a bit dated , and the bathrooms would benefit from a makeover, a proper shower in each would of been ideal . The pool area was great and we had lots of fun up there . We would definitely go back .

Great view, pool and so much space

I stayed in the Penthouse with 6 friends, when we first entered the appartment we could not believe that it was really like the pictures. The pool with view is sublime! And the rooftop seating area is very spacious, but do keep in mind that it's on the 15th floor so it can be a little windy up there. The appartment is used best when you are outside all the time, outside you have so much seating space for 9 people while when eating at the living room dining table there is just space for 8. The people that gave us the key were very kind and helpful. And another big plus is the fact that there is a reception desk downstairs, they helped us find the local postal office and called our taxi's. We really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend this home! Kind regards, Max

Fantastic Penthouse accommodation over 3 floors

From the very first communication with Algarve Vacation we have been really impressed with the professionalism of the company. From the initial enquiry right through to the end of our holiday the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, supportive and they made our holiday experience one to remember. The Penthouse accommodation is by far the biggest Villa we have had the pleasure to stay in and we have been using Owners direct / Homeaway for over 7 years now. The Penthouse starts on the 13th floor with the entrance, living room area, kitchen. The outside seating areas and dining tables are a great place to meet and enjoy the stunning views. The impressive staircase leads you up to the 14th floor where there are 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bathrooms are a little old fashioned and could do with a little refurb but not really an issue at all. The water needs to run for a while to get the hot water but when it comes it is more than adequate. There is another small staircase up to the 15th floor pool area which is fabulous with stunning views. Up again some small steps to an amazing terrace / BBQ area with another small kitchenette - ideal for the poolside drinks and snacks. There were 8 guests accommodating the Penthouse with 4 arriving on the Saturday and 4 arriving on the Wednesday, they had prepared 4 comfortable sunbed covers for us and when asked for the other 4 they arrived in time for our friends arrival which was great. There is a small supermarket around the corner from the apartment block and the staff downstairs were on hand 24 hours per day. The location is a little walk away from the old town but taxi's are readily available at very little cost. Algarve Vacation arranged all our airport transfers which were ready and waiting for us and not very expensive at all. We had a great holiday and will most definitely want to return again. We would also recommend Algarve Vacation when booking a holiday in Portugal. Thank you to all the team for looking after us we had a wonderful time.

Great apartment - few improvements required

On arrival, we were met by Maria who gave us the full tour of the apartment. The safety deposit box had not been arranged however Maria sorted this out within a day. When you first walk in to the apartment you go WOW at the views. Very spacious living area with both indoor & outdoor seating. Modern kitchen with ample facilities. There's also a small cloakroom. Going up the marble spiral staircase, you find 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which offer lots of room with 1 leading directly to the pool area. All rooms are ensuite however the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment (quite dated). One of the smaller bedrooms also had a rather strong smell coming from the shower drain (covered it when not in use to reduce the smell). The towels were replaced once during the week which was fine. The lights stopped working in one of the rooms however after a phone call this was sorted the same day. The pool area was great, with sun beds for everyone however could do with more pads for them. Pool was cleaned twice in a week & was done to a high standard. The upper terrace had another kitchen area however it was very dated, as was the furniture. There was a barbecue to use however again it had been well used (not by us) & needs to be replaced. Overall, the apartment is fabulous. It's only a 10 minute walk from the strip where you can also get the train to Old Town & 15 minutes in a taxi to Vilamoura (approx €30 each way). If the upgrades were completed, we would definitely look to book again.

Great views but....

We were a group of 8 adults. This property was impressive. The wrap around balcony and pool level provided 360 degree view of the area. The back view was not as pleasing as it was once a circus big top which is now in an abandoned state. Bedroom views from this side of the apartment are not quite as pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped with basic essentials and large appliances. There is also a small kitchen at the pool level which was equipped with a small fridge and stove top. We were surprised to find out that basic kitchen supplies were not provided. Kitchen linens, dish soap, dishwasher soap etc were not provided and had to be purchased. In previous rentals, basics such as these and salt, pepper, sugar were all provided. Perhaps this rental is new to the market? The bedrooms were nice, but we had to request new pillows as those provided were not acceptable. There is only 1 hairdryer provided. Shower curtains also had to be installed as they were not present at the time of occupancy. You are provided with 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person, which were changed around the 3rd day. Pool towels were not provided. The beds were comfortable, but the linens were a little worn and thin. Hot water took forever to arrive when taking a shower. Our shower had a sewer smell, we had to use a toilet plunger to cover up the drain. Communication with the agency was prompt and courteous. Our on site agent was helpful and quickly addressed the lack of wine glasses and broken coffee machine. During our stay, there was a unit in the middle of extensive renovation. The hammering and drilling would commence at 8:30 am every morning and continue until 6 pm everyday of our stay. An unfortunate event, but one out of our control. This building is dated, therefore many of the units were under renovation so this situation may be on going. Perhaps it was because we arrived in May, but the pool chairs were not around the deck. This was rectified as we were settling in but they only provided cushions for 4 chairs. The BBQ needs to be replaced. We could not use it during our stay. The location of this rental is close to many grocery stores and of course the famous " strip " . If you like loud bars, less than good restaurants and commmercialism, then this is the place for you. We would still recommend this rental, but with the criticisms and concerns stated. If you are aware of what you are getting into, then you should enjoy your stay.
