GROUND FLOOR:
-This floor is laid out in an open plan, ideal for socializing.
-Spacious living area with flatscreen TV, comfy sofa - this leads out to the pool area.
-Dining room with a large dining table that can seat up to 8 people. It also has a door that leads out to the pool and BBQ area.
-Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, pantry room, and another small dining table
-Laundry room with a washing machine


FIRST FLOOR:
On this floor, you will find:
-BEDROOM 1: Two single beds with it’s own balcony overlooking the garden.

-BATHROOM 1: with shower and toilet with bidet, ensuite to the first bedroom
-BATHROOM 2: with toilet and shower


SECOND FLOOR:
On this floor, you will find:
-BEDROOM 2: Two single beds with a private balcony with mountain views.
-BEDROOM 3: Two single beds
-BEDROOM 4: Two single beds

-BATHROOM 3: Shower and toilet with bidet, shared by the 3 bedrooms
- A large terrace shared by these 3 bedrooms that looks out onto the pool and garden area, great for keeping an eye on kids by the pool or catching some rays right outside the comfort of your bedroom.


THIRD FLOOR:
On this floor, you will find:
-BEDROOM 5: This is a master bedroom with a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom. This room has a walk-in cupboard and a grand bay window area.

-BATHROOM 4: Ensuite to Bedroom 5, it has a shower, and toilet with bidet.

🚙GETTING AROUND:
Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. Please inquire to book or request quote.


PLEASE NOTE:
-THE POOL IS FOR YOUR PRIVATE USE ONLY
-STRICLTY NO EVENTS / LARGE PARTIES OR GATHERING
-No extra beds can be added to the villa.
-There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 2 weeks before arrival.
- If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
-All rubbish must be taken out, any big bags of rubbish left will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.
-Twin beds can be joined and prepared as doubles with a comfort topper upon request. Optional setup service: €25 per bed (to cover additional preparation). Please confirm your preferred configuration before arrival.


CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.

Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.
All these payments are collected separately by the host before arrival.
