About this property

Cozy and pleasant town house

Our accommodation is ideally located in the city center in a picturesque and well frequented area. It is a town house of about 50 m² with a large bedroom upstairs, a bed 160/200, a bathroom equipped with washing machine. On the ground floor a living room, functional, tidy and very pleasant. You will appreciate being within 5 minutes walk of all the museums of Arles (by the banks of the Rhone), the train station, public transport, the center and the night life. The atmosphere and calm of this neighborhood is rather nice. Our house is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with 2 children).

Wonderful property in the city centre of Arles.

This wonderful property is in the heart of Arles. There is a good sized kitchen, eating and sitting area and a large bedroom upstairs. It is easy to walk to everything you want to see in Arles and not far from the train station if you want to take day trips elsewhere. Parking is a bit awkward but manageable. Valerie is a very welcoming host with lots of local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes, kleines Stadthaus

Wir (Familie mit vier Personen) haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab keinen Lärm, alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Valerie war sehr nett.

Au cœur d'Arles

Très beau logement au cœur d'un quartier ancien et entièrement piétonnier. Calme, bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Je le recommande pour visiter la ville et ses environs. Seul bémol: pas de parking proche sinon dans le quartier Trinquetaille au delà du vieux pont. Là, pas de soucis! Très bon contacts avec Valérie et sa famille.

Wonderful home base!

We wanted a nice place in Arles to stay in while we explored the city and the region, and this was just what we needed. It‘s on a tiny, very quiet pedestrian street a block from the Rhône. It isn’t much to look at from the outside, but the inside is beautiful, just as in the photos. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is great, the washing machine worked fine, everything was clean. And Valérie is a gracious and generous hostess. We would enthusiastically recommend this to anyone coming to Provence!

Appartamento ristrutturato carino e pulito. La proprietaria Sig.ra Valerie é gentilissima e disponibile per ogni informazione sulla città e dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento accogliente, ben attrezzato e con disponibili prodotti alimentari di prima necessità ( olio aceto sale zucchero uova pasta formaggio) e per la pulizia della casa. Da consigliare sicuramente

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette jolie petite maison, confortable (notamment une bonne literie), très propre et joliment décorée. Le quartier est plein de charme, tout près du centre et calme. L'accueil est parfait: la propriétaire est charmante, arrangeante, et fait tout pour nous faciliter le séjour. Je recommande!

Clean and comfortable apartment

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely 2-level apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, an easy walk to the beautiful Rhone as well as to restaurants, grocery stores, and all the attractions of the old town. It's nicely furnished, and well-equipped (coffee-maker, microwave, fridge, oven, and a full supply of cutlery and dishes) for a comfortable stay. The spacious upstairs bedroom has excellent storage space, and the washing machine was a welcome bonus. The owners, David and Valerie, were very welcoming, and took the time to make us familiar with both the apartment and the neighbourhood. If you'd like a place of your own where you can feel like a local, stay here -- you'll be glad you did.

Charming, comfortable and excellent value.

The townhouse which is located in the old district some 100 feet from the Rhone river, has charm, elegance, and beauty. It is bright, modern, and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable, quiet stay. There is a large bedroom on the 2nd floor and a bathroom with a washing machine, great for travelers, and a fold- out bed on the first floor. Cafes are located within one block, and grocery stores are within two short blocks. All Arles attractions are within easy walking distance. Valerie is a friendly, gracious host. My husband and I so very appreciated her accommodation and highly recommend this house as it is an excellent value.

un bon accueil

La maison est située dans le centre d'Arles. Elle comprend une pièce principale qui fait cuisine/sam/salon. Il y a un canapé convertible 2 places, confortable. A l'étage, une grande chambre, une salle de bain avec une douche et les toilettes. La maison a été entièrement rénovée, avec goût. Elle est très propre et accueillante. L' accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Je recommande cette location.
