Perfect Hideaway

Belle maison contemporaine et spacieuse, placé au milieu de la fôret en bord du village. La maison est très bien équipée et nous avons manqué de rien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est bien situé à Grayan et toutes les options loisir (chemins de rando, pistes cyclables, plages, centre équestre... sont à proximité). Nous étions très bien acceuillis par Patricia et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces vacances.

Un havre de paix au milieu des bois

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette grande maison d'architecte. Toutes les précisions en amont fournies par Patricia furent très claires et précises. On s'est senti immédiatement à notre aise en posant nos valises. Tout est à disposition pour un séjour agréable et de repos. La maison au milieu des bois est très appréciable. Nous avons pu voir une biche traverser le jardin plusieurs fois, en toute tranquillité, les oiseaux sifflants joyeusement.... un havre de paix. Une terrasse avec parasol nous a permis de déjeuner au grand air. Une table de ping-pong à disposition pour des parties endiablées. Patricia possède une belle collection de DVD à disposition pour les soirées ou journée pluvieuse (Précision : 1 seul journée de pluie à 48 h du départ... !!), et un nombreux choix de livres également. Le salon, ouvert sur la cuisine permet d'avoir une vraie vie de famille, d'échanger tout en vacant chacun à des activité loisirs ou culinaires. L'espace est aéré et agréable. Les chambres avec de grands placards chacune, couchages impeccables. Le coin douche des 2 chambres à l'étage est vraiment incroyable dû à de grandes ouvertures sur la nature. Une sensation de se doucher dans la foret, sans quitter le cocoon. Une supérette très bien achalandé est à 10 mns à pieds, évitant ainsi les courses en grande surface pénibles Parmi le choix de plages à profusion, nous avons apprécié celle de Soulac sur Mer : surveillée et une douche pour se rincer. Séjour impeccable.

Superbe maison et super endroit

Propriété telle que décrite sur Abritel. Maison paisible, agréable à vivre et décorée avec goût. Douche italienne facile pour les enfants. Extérieur bien entretenu avec pelouse tondue. Propriétaire très sympa et de bonne affaire. Seul petit hic, pas de volets aux 2 chambres de l'étage, donc pas d'occultation possible pour les siestes des plus petits et chambres du coup un peu plus chaudes que le reste de la maison. Maison cependant entourée d'arbres et bien isolée. Séjour pour résumer très agréable avec bel espace de vie et terrasse extérieure à l'ombre.

Notre séjour a été parfait ! La maison est incroyablement belle, vaste, au calme et très agréable à vivre au quotidien ! La région est magnifique et il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire avec des enfants. Nous recommandons !

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes und grosses Ferienhaus mit riesigem Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche, die Bäder, die Zimmeraufteilung und Einrichtung liebevoll, persönlich und mit viel Geschmack. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und mit unseren 3 Kindern eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Der Garten ist riesig, die Tischtennisplatte brachte viel Spaß, Terrasse bietet Platz. Einzig vielleicht ein paar Liegen wären schön gewesen, dafür eine Menge Stühle und Sonnenstühle die uns zur Verfügung standen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald, wir hatten kaum Mückenangriffe, der Ort bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen sowie sogar einen Baguette Automaten. Zum Strand mit dem Auto gute 5 km in 10 MInuten gut zu erreichen, auch per Fahrrad machbar oder für einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang möglich. Der Strand ist sehr gut bewacht und bietet kleine Bars, Restaurants, Lebensmittelladen, Surfschule und Möglichkeiten zum Ausleihen oder Kaufen von Badebekleidung bis Surfbrett. Es fehlt an nichts, die Wege sind kurz und nicht überlaufen. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um seine Ferien zu verbringen. Wir bedanken uns bei den Vermietern für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und deren Vertrauen.Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Pro`s & Con`s

Pro`s wirklich schön ist die Architektur und die Einrichtung im Haus. Es wurde jedes Detail liebevoll und mit Geschmack ausgewählt und selber gebaut. Überall finden sich schöne Ecken mit stilvollen Elementen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat stets schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Con`s es war einfach nicht so sauber, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Der Urlaub begann erstmal damit, dass wir 1 Stunde alle Spinnweben weggesaugt haben. Handtücher waren teilweise dreckig. Badezimmer und Küche waren sauber. Aber der gesamte Eindruck war nicht einladend. Es roch sehr muffig und nach Mottenkugeln, evt waren wir die ersten Mieter nach dem Winter. Den Garten haben wir ungerne genutzt, es standen meterhohe Unkräuter, einen Rasen auf den die Kinder spielen konnten suchten wir hier vergebens. Der Garten ist verwildert und vor unserem dreiwöchigen Urlaub wurde nicht einmal der gemäht (Das erste Foto mit dem grünen Rasen ist eher irreführend) Es gibt seehehr viele Stechmücken, weshalb ein Aufenthalt am Abend im Garten nicht möglich war, das ist natürlich so wenn man ein Haus im Wald mietet!! Unser Gesamturteil: Leider würden wir das Haus nicht nochmal buchen. Uns scheint auch der Preis nicht angemessen.

Außergewöhnlich!

Sehr nette Vermieter, die dieses Haus mit sehr viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet haben. Das Haus ist nicht nur architektonisch außergewöhnlich, sondern bietet auch in Bezug auf die Ausstattung alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir hatten mit vier Kindern reichlich Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist perfekt: zwar mitten im Ort, aber mit riesigem Grundstück und völlig geschützt vor Blicken der Nachbarn. Strand und ein sehr guter Bäcker sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten und das Strandleben zu genießen!
