SUMMARY
The apartment, located in the heart of Naples, offers two bright bedrooms (plus living room, kitchen and bathroom) which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Just moments from Piazza Plebiscito, the flat is set on a high floor of a building with elevator. There is also a Garage nearby (50mt) which offers parking space for hourly/daily fees.

The flat has been recently refurbished, offering, among other comforts, ultra fast optical fibre Wi-Fi, HD TV, washing machine, central heating.

THE ACCOMODATION
The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a family bathroom for a total of 70 square meters.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 cm) while the second bedroom comes with a king size bed (180 cm) which can be split in two generous single beds. All beds are equipped with high quality padded, pocket sprung mattresses, which offers all the comfort you need for a really good night's sleep. A (welded mesh) pouf bed is available to accommodate a fifth person, or a child.

The apartment is in perfect conditions since it's been completely refurbished and furnished in the summer of 2016, mixing Mediterranean style with simple and functional design. Precious Vietri tiles give a unique touch to the built-in kitchen which, among other things, features a microwave oven, a capsule coffee machine as well as a Bialetti Moka and a kettle.

I've also kept the environment in mind: the flat is in fact equipped with LED lighting and insulating (and sound-proof) fixtures. The shower is spacious and the boiler offers continuous hot water as well as heating.

I provide towels, sheets, hairdryer and some essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.).

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live in town, a couple of miles away, and I'm available in case of necessity. I speak English fluently.

THE AREA
The Piazza Plebiscito / Via Toledo area is the very heart of Naples, a few steps away from the palaces of the dynasties who have ruled the city over the centuries.

There is a Garage 50 meters away from the building which offers parking (3€ per hour - max 20€ per day) and the area is full of amenities, cultural and touristic attractions as well as the best shopping areas in town.

THE SURROUNDINGS
The apartment is very close to the Galleria Umberto I, the San Carlo, Augusteo, Nuovo, Sannazaro, Mercadante and San Ferdinando theatres, the Lungomare (seafront) of Via Caracciolo, the Maschio Angioino castle, the Royal Palace of Piazza Plebiscito, the caffè Gambrinus, the entrance of Napoli Sotterranea (Naples Underground) and palazzo Zevallos Stigliano, where you can admire the last work of Caravaggio, the The Martyrdom of Saint Ursula (1610).

Famous "trattorias", like Capri, Amici Miei, Nennella and 'Ntretella, as well as the famous Brandi pizzeria where (according to the legend) the Pizza Margherita was invented, are just steps away.

The Historic Centre, with all its attractions and monuments, is just a ten-minute walk away along the historical Via Toledo, the beating heart of city life.
