About this property

Condo with swimming pools / wifi / BBQ. Modern decoration - only families

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.



FREE WIFI with high speed.



AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.



When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).



In the area there are some greengrouceries and bakery and also a great supermarket.



About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

La amplitud de las piscinas que nunca da sensación de agobio, que se haga sorteo justo y limpio para jugar al pádel, tenis,barbacoa..., que no se oyen ruidos ni dentro ni fuera del residencial y que está cerquita de la playa: se puede ir andando.

El apartamento es amplio y moderno, con una decoración muy bonita y todas las comodidades. Hay que andar un poquito para llegar a la playa pero no es mucho. Las piscinas son espectaculares, nuestros hijos se pueden pasar horas allí sin cansarse. La terraza es estupenda y se puede cenar y comer allí. Nuestro apartamento tenía vistas a las montaña y vista lejana al mar. La atención de Ag es espectacular como siempre, pendientes de todos los detalles y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cuestión que pueda surgir. Una maravilla alojarse aquí con esta agencia. Todo perfecto

El apartamento muy amplio, limpio, con todo lo necesario en la cocina y en los baños y con suficientes toallas. Una terraza muy grande con dos tumbonas y mesa también muy grande. Las zonas comunes enormes con campo de fútbol y canastas, pistas de tenis y pádel, piscina de verano y piscina climatizada genial. El mobiliario está muy nuevo y moderno, hay muchas toallas y menaje de cocina muy completo. La limpieza es exquisita. La salida a las 10.00 es demasiado pronto, y tener que llevar las llaves presencialmente a la oficina se podría mejorar con un sistema más cómodo, como dejarlas en el apartamento.

Días de sol y relax

El apartamento está muy bien. Es nuevo, limpio, amplio. Los colchones buenos. La cocina dotada de todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Tiene una terraza muy grande, estupenda, aunque quizá para el verano debería de tener toldo o sombrilla. Está situado en una zona tranquila, residencial y cerca de la playa. Hay Bares y supermercado. El dueño, Gregorio, es amable, está pendiente de todo, te informa y está dispuesto a facilitarte una buena estancia. Hemos disfrutado y sin duda repetiríamos. No tengo ninguna queja. Todo fue perfecto

Troisième séjour à l'Eden et toujours autant de satisfaction ! Une fois de plus, prestations de qualité. Facile d'accès, la plage de sable fin ne se trouve qu'à 10mn à pied De plus, la présence des sauveteurs rend la plage sécurisée... Enfin, excellente idée de proposer une location qui ne démarre pas systématiquement un samedi... cela permet d'éviter les embouteillages. Et pour finir, nous vous conseillons le restaurant "La Boga " à 2mn à pied de la location.

Lo hemos pasado genial, la pena ha sido el tiempo que no acompañado pero teniendo la piscina de invierno no hemos tenido ningun problema en la habitacion del fondo mi hija y su han tenido problemas para dormir por culpa creemos de un aparato de aire que goteaba justo en su ventana

Lo Recomendaría. Además me parece importante recordar que de igual modo que los huéspedes estamos obligados a cumplir las normas que nos afectan, de igual modo los propietarios deben cumplir las suyas. El día anterior de nuestra marcha se nos "sugirió" salir del apartamento antes de lo acordado en la web. El argumento es que lo tenía alquilado..... estoy seguro fue un error y no volverá a pasar

Nous avons passés trois excellentes semaines dans cette résidence. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et soucieux du bien être des locataires. Les photos correspondent exactement à l’appartement. Il est magnifique, spacieux et très bien équipé, la résidence est sécurisée les enfants peuvent y jouer sans soucis, la piscine est surveillée et est très agréable y compris pour les petits car il y a une pataugeoire. L’endroit est bien situé, boulangerie, commerces, restaurants, bus, cinéma sont à proximité. La plage est magnifique. Rien à dire si ce n’est VIVEMENT L’ANNÉE PROCHAINE.

Une nouvelle fois... Séduits !!

Notre deuxième séjour à l'Eden où nous avons de nouveau occupé un des magnifiques appartements de Gregorio et Alicia. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, très réactifs et veillent au bien-être de leurs locataires ! Merci... Descriptif et photos tout à fait conformes. Propreté irréprochable, literie impeccable, équipement très complet (il ne manque rien) ! La Résidence, dans laquelle règne une ambiance très chaleureuse, est également très appréciable avec ses nombreux équipements. Sans oublier, bien entendu, une magnifique plage de sable blanc et une méditérranée propre et limpide ! Allez-y... Comme nous, vous ne pourrez qu'apprécier !!
