Beautiful Waikoloa Beach 3 BR Villa - Starting at 179/Night

Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme, with authentic Tommy Bahama furniture and new wide plank flooring in the living and dining areas. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 18-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas was awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is set among 22 acres of tropical landscaping and palm trees, and is right next to the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The villa was super convenient for us to be at the pool every day and the kitchen was well appointed for our ‘ohana to prepare a lū’au. There are a few repairs that are needed but not anything that got in our way or affected our stay. It was the perfect place for our mini family reunion. Thank you Jim for allowing our family to stay at your beautiful accommodations!! We hope to return someday.

Family celebration

We celebrated middle grandson’s high school graduation (with honors!) and our oldest grandson’s life accomplishments, along with our daughter’s 50th birthday. There were eight of us, and the accommodations worked out very well. Everyone had “space” and were able to embark on local adventures as well as the Green Sand Beach and Mauna Kea Visitor’s Center for sunset. A wonderful memory-making family vacation!

Great Family Getaway

Our family of four had a great experience with our stay in Waikoloa. The location made for relaxing walks or short drives to all conveniences. Having the family pool located so close was an awesome bonus for our young kids.

Awesome place

Place was spacious and was plenty of space for our family of 8. The closet full of beach toys, chairs, ice chests, and snorkels, worked out great. Swimming pool and bbq grills were right next to unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Our multigenerational family really enjoyed staying at this condo. The layout was fabulous, the kitchen was well appointed and it was right next to the pool. The condo is a short walk to the Hilton Waikoloa which is a fun place to take a walk to see the dolphins. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing Vacation in Paradise

We enjoyed our time at this condo immensely! It was the perfect amount of space, had the amenities that we needed, and was in a good complex and location. When pricing condos for our trip, this was one of the most affordable and it lived up to our expectations. We enjoyed the pool area and took advantage of the barbecue. Our family was very comfortable here and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Townhouse

This place was great for our stay with 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room, no shortage of hot water for showers, and lots of beach gear. The patio was very private and not far from the pool. The condo was quiet, we could not hear neighbors. I loved the fact that the resort area was a great place to walk. We will definitely book again when we return.

Great Waikoloa condo for a family trip

Really nice location just steps from the pool and BBQ ... nice amenities - everything you need is provided. Kitchen well stocked, tons of towels and beach toys / chairs / umbrellas which is MUCH appreciated. Very spacious living room with plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again. Parking is limited if you have more than 1 vehicle.

We had such a nice time and we were very happy with our villa

The owner was so kind and changed our dates for us many times because of COVID. He made our stay very nice . We had a blast and the beds were so comfy . This place was so quiet that we would all laugh because we weren't use to so much silence. The area was almost empty and most days we had the pool to ourselves .
