Beautiful villa of 2016 fully air conditioned 52 m2 located on the family estate without any vis-à-vis one of the other and 100% independent. Just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Agosta, its diving club and water sports center. You also have all the amenities 3 minutes drive: butcher, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, newsagent, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser etc ... The villa is located 5 minutes drive from the center of Porticcio, famous sea resort thanks its bars, restaurants and nightclubs. At 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Ajaccio. This is the ideal place to enjoy your holiday in peace and as a starting point if you want to visit Corsica.
The villa is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, coffee table, buffet, LED flat screen TV.
- Fully open kitchen to the living room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood and microwave oven.
- A room with 140 bed, two bedside tables and a large closet.
- A bathroom with washbasin, shower, hair dryer and toilet.
- A cellar with ample storage space, a washing machine, a table and an iron.
- A terrace of 40m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and two sun loungers for a siesta in the shade of a magnificent pine.

Très belle maison indépendante et ombragée sur le terrain des propriétaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse et l’aménagement du jardin. Il y a des grandes ouvertures qui permettent de profiter de l’extérieur. Rien ne manque dans la maison ! Les équipements sont ultra complets et haut de gamme. Enfin Emma et Lionel sont des propriétaires charmants et très réactifs. Nous espérons y revenir bientôt !

2 semaines de repos avec des 2 garçons ! On a pu profiter du calme du jardin, tres agréable, bien entretenu et aménagé.La maison est parfaitement équipée, tout est pensé pour notre confort !Emma et son mari sont trés accueillants. Leur petite Maya est venue nous rendre visite plusieurs fois, agayant le quotidien des enfants.Je reviendrais sans nul doute !

Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Strandzubehör wie Schirme und Sitzgelegenheit waren vorhanden. Klimaanlagen in zwei Räumen gut und hilfreich. Terrassenmöbel gut und ausreichend inkl. einer fünfstämmigen, schattenspendenden Pinie. Fazit: Zwei tolle Wochen in einem schönen Haus.

Super séjour dans le golf d’Ajaccio

Le logement était en tout point conforme à la description. Ce dernier était propre et très bien équipé dans un environnement calme. Nous avons ainsi pu nous relaxer et profiter de ces premières vacances loin de chez nous avec notre bébé de 6 mois. La communication avec Emma était très facile. Quelques précisions pour trouver la maison à l’arrivée serait peut être un plus pour simplifier encore plus cette étape.

Villa de bon standing, environnement calme et très fleuri, situation proche des plages superbes. Équipement de la villa très complet, terrasse particulièrement agréable et sans vis à vis, à l'ombre des pins et d'un grand parasol. Literie chambre 140 très confortable, draps coton de qualité et grands rangements. Literie salon également très confortable. Pièces très lumineuses, et climatisation bienvenue dans le salon et dans la chambre. Très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Gute Unterkunft nahe ajaccio

Kleines aber feines Objekt im Grundstück der Vermieter. Sauber und alles vorhanden. Ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Schlafsofa im Wohnraum. Super Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In der Umgebung ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Auto alles erreichbar was man braucht.
