The house is surrounded by nature, tranquility without equal, between Es Llombards (2.5km) and the coast of Cala S'Almonia (2 km), to Cala Santnyi (5 km) and the natural park of S'Amarador (6 km). Approximately 13.000m2, large, bounded by stone walls and fenced enclosure, olive trees, holm oaks. The south facing pool (10x5m, open all season) with large sun terrace, 4 sun loungers and picnic table where the children will enjoy, a terrace with barbecue. Covered parking for two cars on the property. Tiled floors, wifi internet, satellite TV (German and Spanish channels), mosquito nets on all windows, radio / CD. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, gas stove, bed linen, towels and pool towels available. Change of sheets and towels every 7 days included. Crib / high chair free of charge (order). Pets are not allowed. Ecotasa tax 2,20 euros per day per person from 16 years old onwards mandatory payment on arrival.
Air conditioning (optional) in each bedroom and living room with consumption meter, price 0.30 euros kwh, a deposit of 100 euros will be left on delivery of the remote controls, and you can check the consumption through the visible meters (it is not allowed to plug electric cars or plug hybrids without the consent of the owner of the house, this will be a serious mistake in the house rules)

Great villa with pool

The villa is located in a private and quiet area close to great beaches. Ingrid left us some treats from her bakery which were delicious. It has an awesome pool and we used the brick BBQ several times. Recommended

We needed tranquility, space and privacy after a bad start to the year and this place didn’t disappoint. We absolutely loved it here - the serenity, the independence, the location. Our two boys, aged 4 and 6, couldn’t get over the pool which provided hours of entertainment. Would wholly recommend. 😀

You can't ask for more! - 100% recommended

Location: The house is in a great location of southeast Mallorca. Just a couple of minutes driving to get to Santanyi and the beautiful Caló des Moro. Or you could walk for half an hour. You definetly need a car though. Very quiet at night since there is no through-traffic around the house and there are only two neighbours. The Finca: The price / value is just out of this world. No wonder it's almost fully booked for the next summer already. Everything is clean, especially the beds and the pool, the kitchen has everything you could ever need for four persons. We also used the outdoor BBQ area two times. Everything looks a lot better than on the pictures - it was a real "wow-moment" when we entered the property. Everything else: Check-in and communication with Salvador and Ingrid was super smooth as well. Our flight was delayed, but Ingrid still gave us a warm welcome at 22:30 at night with an assortment of baked goods from the bakery they run in Santanyi. We will definetly come back if we are lucky enough to find some available dates in 2025. Thanks for having us!

Finca echt süß!

Finca, Pool, Außenbereich alles gut. Ganz liebe Vermieter, die sich UMGEHEND um Anliegen gekümmert haben. Kuchen, Brötchen etc. wurden bei jedem Anliegen ( zu wenig Pooltücher oder Küchentücher) mitgebracht! Wirklich ganz liebe Vermieter!!! Trotzdem fehlte uns die Erholung, da wir von einer Fliegenplage heimgesucht wurden!!! Es war UNMÖGLICH draußen zu frühstücken oder sich einfach nur hinzulegen um zu lesen, entspannen. Man wurde dauernd von Fliegen genervt… sogar den Abluftkanal des Herdes habe ich zugeklebt! Die Vermieter haben uns die Kosten der Klimaanlage erlassen, was wirklich nett war, denn sie konnten ja nichts für die Fliegenplage… trotzdem haben wir keine Erholung erfahren können!!! Nervigster Urlaub jemals! Kein Erholungsfaktor, da ständige Fliegenplage!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war genauso wie beschrieben! Die Umgebung war sehr weitläufig und ruhig und man wurde von niemandem gestört. Der große Pool und die sehr netten Vermieter (ein Dank an Salvador und Ingrid für die tolle Betreuung und die Leckereien aus der eigenen Bäckerei!! 👍😋), welche auf dem benachbarten Grundstück wohnen runden den wirklich tollen Urlaub an!

Wonderfull Place

Eine sehr schöne Finca,wir waren zu dritt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Man hat alles was man braucht.Der Pool ist traumhaft,wir haben täglich gegrillt.Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden.Kurze Aufofahrt zur Cala Llombards+nach Santanyí.Ingrid und Salvador sind hervorragende Gastgeber.Sehr herzlicher Empfang und es gab mehrfach Köstlichkeiten aus der Bäckerei 😍.Vielen Dank für alles und wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr.Andrea,Paula und Michael.

ein wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus. Ingrid und Salvador sind herzliche Gastgeber, die viele Tipps haben und mit Ihren "Sweets" überraschen. Wir haben Grundstück, Pool und Haus sehr genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert, selbst im Übergang vom Januar zum Februar!!

Wir sind das 3. Mal in dieser sehr schönen Finca gewesen. Wir waren 7 Tage dort.Ruhe pur, ein schöner Pool, Grill Liegestuhl und viel Natur Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Ingrid und Salvador sind sehr nette angenehme Vermieter haben uns mit süßen Teilchen und Brot versorgt. Auch waren sie immer ansprechbar wenn Fragen waren. Traumhafte kleine Finca mit absoluter Privatsphäre

Die Vermieter Salvador und Ingrid haben uns einen sehr herzlichen und schönen Empfang und Aufenthalt beschwert. Die Kommunikation war unproblematisch und sie haben alle Wünsche umgehend erfüllt. Wenn man Fragen hatte, waren sie sofort da. Zur Begrüßung gab es frische Brötchen und Stückchen und kalte Getränke. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, aber in jeder Hinsicht ausreichend und funktional. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass Salvador und Ingrid sogar vorab auf unsere Frage nach einer Tischtennisplatte diese extra für uns organisiert haben. Toller Poolbereich, Außengrill, Klimatisierung auf Wunsch, bestens geeignet für entspannte Abende draußen mit tollem Blick über den beleuchteten Pool in die weite Natur. Wir bedanken uns für den wundervollen Aufenthalt und können diese Finca in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne 14 Tage hier. Die Ruhe, den Pool, die Sonne und den Strand haben wir am meisten genossen. Die Finca ist für 4 Personen perfekt. Lieben Dank nochmals an Salvador & Ingrid. Wir waren das 2.Mal in dieser schönen Finca. Weg vom Lärm in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Salvador und Ingrid sind sehr nette Vermieter, wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Finca,weil es sehr heiß war und wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Wir wurden empfangen mit Wein, Brot und Kuchen. Alles sehr sauber,und der Pool einfach fantastisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nice house in perfect location

The house is in a nice area with beautiful beaches around, it has a wonderfull swimmingpool and is really quiet located. On the one hand we loved the calm, on the other hand the closeness to Ses Salines and Santanyí - for us the perfect mixture. Communication with Ingrid and Salvador was always easy and very friendly.

Wir waren für eine Woche im März hier und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem riesigen, grünen Grundstück, die Nachbarn sind weit weg. Am Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Satelliten-TV und Wlan funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Kamin ist gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind super; sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und die Backwaren aus der Familienbäckerei waren sehr lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Ruhe zwischen Madelbäumen Steinmäuerchen und Schafen

Die kleine kompakte Finca liegt herrlich in der weiten Landschaft zwischen alten Mandelbaumfeldern und Steinmäuerchen. Außer Schafglöckchengebimmel und Hahnenschreien hört man nichts. Das Städtchen Santanyi ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dort kann man sich mit allem versorgen. Mehrere wunderschöne Buchten liegen ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, ebenso wie der schöne Badestrand Es Trenc. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet und reicht für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern gut aus. Die Fotos lassen allerdings etwas mehr Platz vermuten als tatsächlich vorhanden. Der weiträumige Außenbereich lässt Raum für allerlei Spiele, zum rennen und toben. Wenn man, so wie wir, in der kälteren Jahreszeit (Februar) anreist sorgt der Kamin für eine behaglich Wärme am Abend.Die Heizung alleine hat uns nicht gereicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben eine Bäckerei in Santanyi. Sie haben uns netterweise mit Kostproben versorgt! Alles in allem ein traumhafter Ort, wenn man Ruhe und Weite sucht.

Wir 2 Personen, haben fast 13 Tage,wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette angehnehme Menschen,haben uns 2x in der Woche mit Brot und Kuchen versorgt. Toller Urlaub in perfekter Umgebung

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Die Ruhe in ländlicher Umgebung, der tolle , große Pool, die schönen Strände in der Umgebung und nicht zuletzt die überaus freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter Salvador und Ingrid ließen keine Wünsche offen.
