The updated kitchen features sleek granite countertops and is equipped with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, making it easy to start your mornings just the way you like. The living room is designed for comfort, offering a fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a 54-inch TV with a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and an additional standing fan for personalized comfort. The en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and a ceiling fan, while the guest bathroom includes a tub.

Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. Beautiful condo and beach

The condo was fantastic clean comfortable accommodating. If you were only staying at the condo vacation was fabulous if you venture out onto 98 Good luck it is way too dangerous takes you 45 minutes to go 3 miles That's on a good day stay in the condo you'll be enjoying vacation

Beach set up needs work.

Happy with the location and easieness of check in and out. Was not happy with the beach set up they set up like 8 chairs for non owners and alot more for property owners and dont properly mark them went to set up stuff early to get a spot and was told we were at a owners spot so had to move after getting early to get a spot.

Nice place to stay, but…

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nice. The lights leave a little to be desired. The master bedroom light would not work, the top plug on the wall closest to the closet that the lamp was plugged into does not work but the bottom one did. Love the fact that there are charcoal grills instead of gas! Great location for beach access as well. Kitchen is very well stocked!! Would be nice if they would provide the paper products besides the first roll of paper towels and toilet paper for what we pay for the condo. Linen service more than twice a week with a 4 hour window should be offered, especially when there are 4 people in the room. Makes it easy to run out of bath towels and wash cloths. Yes there is a self serve laundry room at $2.50 per load for wash and dry, but is it really that hard to offer towels? Overall was a nice stay, just a few things we thought could be better for the price.

Very understanding!

So we originally had reserved room 307. A week before arrival Megan the manager had contacted me by phone to let me know that this room had some water damage and wasn't sure if it be ready before we arrived. So she emailed me 3 other choices to choose from. We had decided on room 204. Once we arrived and enter room 204 we noticed that is wasn't accessible for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Which online it dosen't say westher or not it's accessible. We were just going off sq ft and pictures. He could get around but wasn't able to get in either bathroom due to the doors being too narrow. And he couldn't get out to the patio because the framing got in the way. So I immediately went to the front desk and let the ladies know our issues. They contacted management right away and got us into a room we were comfortable with. 104 was the room we ended up staying in. My husband was able to get through the master's bath door. But it was a tight fit but he made do. And he was also able to use the door in the master bedroom to get to the patio. Once we had got situated in and fimilar with the property we realized that room 204 would have been fine because even though my husband couldn't get into the bathrooms the lobby had showers that were just right for him. So needless to say thats where he ened up taking his showers anyways. We loved that it was easy access to the beach. Husband rented a sandhelper chair to get around in the sand. The deck/ramp was just outside our patio which made it nice to get to and from the beach with ease. The tennis and shuffle board was right outside our patio which was convenient. We could see the kids play right from the patio. We loved our stay at HSR. The property was well taking care of, newly remodeled, and very clean. The staff were super friendly and very understanding of our situation and didn't hesitate to make things right amd make sure we were happy. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone and we plan on going back in 2023.

Lovely condo

We came to Destin for the first time with our kids and everyone loved it. The condo was clean and communication with the facility was no issue. Everything worked as it should and we enjoyed access to the pool and daily visits to the beach.

We Will Be Back!

We loved our stay at HSRC! Our room (#307) was beautifully decorated and very clean! The view from our room was awesome! It was easy to get to the pool, beach, and fitness room. We were also in close proximity to places we wanted to eat and shop in Destin. I loved that our beach set up was included with our room. All of the staff was kind, helpful, and professional! It was a wonderful Fall Break and we are looking forward to next time!

Great view

The condo had a great view, it was very clean, and the check in process was simple. The only downfalls were the beds. The bed in the guest room was very small and didn't appear to be a queen bed as advertised. The guest room is big enough for a king bed. The master bedroom's king bed wasn't comfortable. Overall the condo was great, but the beds need to go.

Nice, aging, but with a fantastic view and beach!

Great location and very family friendly. However 307 was aging. Door paint was peeling, rust and some corrosion on range hood and dishwasher. Renovations are good but many cheaper apartment grade fixes. Very nice for the price and the view was fantastic. Property managers were great and everyone observed quiet hours and were very polite. A nice gated community with a fantastic beach. We loved the beach chair service and very nice and warm pool! Free movies for the kids and good laundry facilities.
