Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee using either the Keurig or traditional drip coffee maker, then prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the basic essentials you'll need during your stay.

The comfortable living room is designed for gathering and relaxing after a day on the beach, featuring a ceiling fan, a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations, a 55-inch TV, and a DVD player for movie nights with family and friends.

The spacious master suite offers a king-size bed, ceiling fan, 36-inch TV, DVD player, and a private attached bathroom complete with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day in the sun.

The guest bedroom provides a cozy queen-size bed, ceiling fan, 32-inch TV, and DVD player, creating a welcoming space for additional guests. A second full bathroom with a bathtub adds extra convenience and comfort.

I would say that this unit was very well stocked to be able to cook. Which is always such a good surprise!! Upgrades in cookware are needed. Especially for health reasons. The non stick surface is definitely coming off. The unit was very clean and tidy. Lighting of unit looks much brighter in photos. It felt much darker. But not a deal breaker by any means. We were satisfied!

Fantastic Property

This was our first stay at this property and it was wonderful! It’s wonderfully appointed with everything you need for a great stay! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are so spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved all of the storage space too! Would definitely stay here again! The front desk staff was great and we even had a cake waiting in the room for my husband’s birthday when we arrived!

Not Completely Satisfied but Great Location

Reviewer Comments: Condo is dated with an old and musty odor even after ozone treatment, which is very disappointed. There were multiple stains on the living room furniture. I must say this is my first not-so-good experience with VRBO. I absolutely love the location and the staff professionalism.

Reviewer Comments: Problems with the front gate only worked one time while we were there. Couldn’t get out the pedestrian gate 2days. Got locked out of laundry room one day did not realize it closed at 10pm. Wish for more days for laundry exchange for towels. For the price we paid they should do our towels daily

Resting and relaxing !

We have stayed in many condos along the strip but this is truly heavenly ! The resort is clean and well kept. The elevators were fast and always working. Plenty of carts to move your luggage in and out. We appreciate the private uncrowded beach and no smoking ! Our chair attendant saved our chairs each day and was so helpful. The entire staff were super friendly and always greeted us . They even helped us book again for next year with ease! So you know we will be back again! We loved our room 405. It was clean, comfy and just so homey that we could rest and relax like never before! The best part is easy in and out of the resort and didn’t have to fight the traffic like the main strip. Our son was right , “ You will LOVE it!” And we really did!

Beautifully renovated and decorated. Nice balcony with great beach/ pool views. The condo had everything we needed for our stay!

Resting and relaxing !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we have stayed at Holiday surf and racquet club . It was recommended by our son who had been there many times. We have stayed in many condos along the strip but this is truly heavenly ! The resort is clean and well kept. The elevators were fast and always working. Plenty of carts to move your luggage in and out. We appreciate the private uncrowded beach and no smoking ! Our chair attendant saved our chairs each day and was so helpful. The entire staff were super friendly and always greeted us . They even helped us book again for next year with ease! So you know we will be back again! We loved our room 405. It was clean, comfy and just so homey that we could rest and relax like never before! The best part is easy in and out of the resort and didn’t have to fight the traffic like the main strip. Our son was right , “ You will LOVE it!” And we really did!
