The rental prices are the prices for the rent of the entire holiday house! The house is only rented as one unit.

Charming holiday home ZALIGINANTWERPEN for 10 people in the trendy center of Antwerp near all points of interest and musea, in the center of the fashion and shopping districts, but located just around the corner of a charming secret square "Vrijdagmarkt", a unique quiet place in the center of the city.

At this moment the house is being renovated, but you are already able to book it now. The house can be rented as from friday 17th of february 2017!

You can rent the holiday house per weekend, midweek or week. In case you would like to rent the house for a different period, feel free to contact the owner Kathleen.

The Bohemian chic interior of the house will bring you immediately into a holiday atmosphere. The house is luxurious and comfortable and is ideal for traveling families, friend groups and colleagues.

On the ground floor there used to be a typical Antwerp beer pub. This space was totally renovated to a small bistro with bar with room at the table for 14 people, a fully equipped open kitchen and bar.

The holiday house has 3 spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathrooms, perfect for 10 sleeping guests. On the third floor you will find a cosy living room with fire place to chill after discovering fabolous Antwerp.

Very nice appartment in the heart of Antwerp

Excellent location just some metres away from the grote market. Communication worked uncomplicated and friendly. I can highly recommend this appartment, without limitation!

Stylish, well equipped house in great location

We enjoyed our week in this lovely, well furnished house. It has comfortable beds, good showers, lots of stylish furnishings and a big wow factor. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen is really well equipped. The house is within walking distance of most of the many attractions of Antwerp and close to a variety of characterful restaurants and bars. We were three elderly couples and two of our number struggled with the stairs. My wife and I took the fourth floor bedroom, 70 steps up the steep staircase (which kept us fit!). The house is ideal for those who are fit and mobile, and the owner, Kathleen, is always helpful and courteous. The street is almost car free and the only ocassional noise is from young clubbers passing through, mainly at the weekend.

Espacioso. Caluroso en los dos últimos pisos.

Es una pena que no se pudieran abrir algunas de las ventanas de las habitaciones de arriba porque hacía mucho calor. También se echaba de menos la existencia en estas habitaciones de unas contraventanas para evitar el sol. En estas habitaciones hacía bastante calor. Fueron días calurosos. Con estos dos detalles la estancia hubiera sido perfecta. Para personas con alguna minusvalía hay que tener en cuenta que eran cuatro alturas que había que subir a pie.

Hochwertige Wohnung inmitten des Geschehens - trotzdem ruhige Lage

Tolles, uriges und hochwertiges Domizil - die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung lt. Angebot - in ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen - dennoch nur ein paar Schritte zum Marktplatz, Hafen, Innenstadt. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen und wir waren begeistert. Die ehemalige Kneipe im Haus diente uns als Frühstücks-und Aufenthaltsraum. Das Wohnzimmer in der oberen Etage bot tolle Abendsonne. Es war alles perfekt eingerichtet und tiptop sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Vermieterin hat unsere Fragen professionell im Vorfeld beantwortet und war mit vielen Tipps dabei. Wir werden sicherlich zu Wiederholungstätern. Wichtig anzumerken: die Treppen im gesamten Haus (Altbau) sind sehr steil und eng und daher nicht unbedingt für Gehbehinderte zu empfehlen. 2 Badezimmer in den 4-Bett-Schlafzimmern haben keine abschließbare, durchgehende Tür, sondern werden durch eine Art "Saloon-Tür" getrennt. Die Waschbecken-Zone befindet sich sehr gut designed inmitten des Zimmers. Das Badezimmer in dem Doppelzimmer ist gänzlich ohne Tür, aber durch Wandvorsprünge geschickt abgedeckt. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es ein weiteres, von einer "normalen" Tür zu verschließendes Gäste-WC. Man sollte sich also schon ein bißchen kennen, um sich auf diese Badverhältnisse einzulassen. Das nur ergänzend zur Info. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis und unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

Far beyond our expactations

The flat looks nice on the pictures but it is really amazing. Located in the city center but in the cutest part, all the house is beautiful and clean. I think the most beautiful flat I ever rent.

This exclusive holiday home in the center of Antwerp has everything we needed. The place is amazing and perfect for a group of 10 people with all the necessary amenities. a few steps form all major hotspots and in the middle of the fashion district, nice restaurants and coffeebars!

There is no better location than this holiday house. Outside the front door you will find all top points of interest and must-do's of Antwerp, such as the Our Lady Cathedral, the mediaval Stone Castel, the Scheldt, the Grand Place, City Hall, Groenplaats, the fashion district, the theater district, the trendy South, the open air shopping mall the "Meir", the fashionable shopping streets of Antwerp such as the "Kammenstraat", the "Reyndersstraat", the "Steenhouwersvest", the Fashion Museum, the MuKha museum of Modern Arts, the Plantin-Moretus museum, the covered foodmarket Mercado, top bars, bistros, resto's, shops, boutiques and more shops , the "Vogeltjes " Market, the Bourla theater, the City theater, the diamond district, bars, cafés and more bars, and so on and so forth ... it does not stop. In addition, the house is in a quiet street with a unique secret square called The Friday market or the "Vrijdagmarkt" where you might have the best time of your stay enjoying some quietness in the middle of the busy city. Except on Friday morning when this square turns into an open-air auction of antiques and furniture. This property is really the ideal base to explore Antwerp.
