Our typical Ardèche mas, dating from the 18th century, is located in lush greenery isolated in the middle of our vineyards (first neighbors 300m) but within 5 minutes from all amenities.

The cottage is adjacent to the farmhouse in what was once a stable.

Located Rosières, Ardèche village.
Calm, simplicity and friendliness will be the appointment. Ecologically renovated, we wanted to offer you a healthy habitat.

Our cottage has an outdoor area to relax, eat out and enjoy the beautiful starry nights!

Composed of 2 levels to accommodate 6 to 8 people.
-2 bedrooms upstairs with double beds (1x160 and 2x90) with a shared bathroom and a relaxation area with a BZ of very good quality with a mattress of exceptional comfort for an extra bed.
-1 master bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

All our bedding has been carefully chosen for you. For your comfort our mattresses are made by France-based moss brand: TECHNILAT. (Cots can be installed for free on request).
Bed linens, bath towels and pool are provided to make your stay more enjoyable.
A washing machine is available for our two cottages.

Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove 4 burners, a convection oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer and all the small appliances necessary for a pleasant stay.

Outside in front of your house a table and chairs are available for guests and a barbecue for your grill.

You can find closer to home for organic producers who can offer wonderful vegetable baskets.
