Charming and modern fully renovated house located in the quiet area of Montgó hill in L’Escala. Its privileged location allows easy access to the beach by following a pleasant path that leads to the sea in just a few minutes.



The house offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday: air conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi connection, dishwasher, laundry area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also features a television with channels in several languages for greater comfort during your stay.



The property has two suite-style bedrooms, one additional double bedroom and a separate toilet, making it an ideal accommodation for families or small groups.



One of its main highlights is the beautiful sea view, which can be enjoyed from the terrace and balcony. These spaces are perfect for having breakfast, dining outdoors or simply relaxing while enjoying the scenery and the Mediterranean breeze.



L’Escala offers more than seven kilometres of coastline, with a wide variety of beaches for every taste: from large sandy beaches with many services and activities to small coves surrounded by pine trees and cliffs. It is also an ideal destination for sea and sports lovers, with areas for open-water swimming, water sports and scuba diving. You can even enjoy the sun and the sea next to more than two thousand years of history in the unique setting of Empúries.

Maison très agréable

Superbe petite maison, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le sentier pour aller à la plage est rapide à l’aller mais très escarpé pour des enfants et personnes en santé moyenne au retour. L’equipement de la maison est très bien. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. C’est agréable aussi de louer une vraie maison de vacances plutôt que des maisons où personne n’habite jamais. Par exemple nous avons pu trouver une trousse à pharmacie et un nécessaire de couture en dépannage, c’est vraiment très appréciable. Merci beaucoup !
