-Living room with 2 sofas of 3 and 2 seats, TV, table for 6 people and large exit to the terrace.
-Open kitchen with fully equipped American bar: hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, juicer.
-The small toilet is on the top floor.

Great location and amazing view

Nice appartement with amazing view, ideally located closed the beach and the center. Very nice and available landlords. Equipment is basic but enough.

Loved it! The apartment is very light and beachy. The terrace was roomy with a view!

You will never find nicer hosts. They were most welcoming, helping us get there, showing us the little nearby beach and suggesting activities. We were 3 women over 60. We had wonderful walks to the Citadel and the Castel de la Trinitat. Easy to walk to the boat to Cadaqués (Dali's home), markets, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Die Unterkunft hat uns von der Lage her gut gefallen.Der Blick ĂŒber den Hafen hat uns gut gefallen. Leider war es vor allem in der KĂŒche nicht sauber. Die Töpfe die wir aus dem Schrank nehmen wollen klebten am Boden vom Schrank fest. Alle KĂŒchen Utensilien waren fettig und verschmutzt. Ich verstehe die anderen GĂ€ste nicht wie man so etwas hinterlassen kann. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern vor Anreise war sehr gut und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Der Empfang vor Ort war wirklich sehr herzlich man hat sich willkommen gefĂŒhlt.

Super séjour à Rosas

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able sur la Costa Brava. L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre et offre un beau balcon avec une super vue sur le port. Il y a quelques place de parking devant si vous avez une voiture. Il est Ă  10-15 minutes Ă  pied des plages et 20 minutes du centre ville. Il faut juste ĂȘtre en forme pour monter une petite cĂŽte assez raide jusqu'Ă  la rĂ©sidence puis quelques escaliers. Mais sinon tout est parfait.

Un magnifique séjour à Rosas

La vue est imprenable sur la baie de Rosas et on apprĂ©cie de la scruter Ă  toute heure avec les jumelles de Joan. La montĂ©e est raide Ă  pied et se termine par un grand escalier, attention pour ceux qui ont de trĂšs jeunes enfants. L’appartement est spacieux et comprend tout le confort nĂ©cessaire, notamment la Clim, bien apprĂ©ciĂ©e Ă©tant donnĂ© l’exposition ensoleillĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol, l’appartement mĂ©riterait un petit rafraĂźchissement pour justifier le prix un peu Ă©levĂ© en l’état (flexible de la douche, carrelage cassĂ©, grille pain qui fait sauter le disjoncteur Ă©lectrique).

La communication pour la rĂ©servation et les Ă©changes trĂšs faciles. Appartement trĂšs spacieux, calme avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la baie de RosĂ©s Ă  couper le souffle. Die Lage des Objekts war perfekt. Mann konnte super zur Fuß Strand erreichen. Aussicht und Meer's Blick war sehr schön. Parkplatz Probleme hatten wir nicht. Es war genau wie in der Objekt Beschreibung. Nur einzige negativ Punkt war fĂŒr mich, dass der Geschirr in der KĂŒche und KĂŒchen Regalen nicht genug sauber waren . Ansonsten alles top....

Appartement conforme Ă  l’annonce . Un peu vĂ©tuste mais confortable. Magnifique vue face au port , Ă©tage des chambres climatisĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour les nuits parfois chaudes . FacilitĂ© pour se garer . Plage Ă  10 min Ă  pied ( celle de gauche qd on est face au port Ă©tait notre prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e !) On peut faire beaucoup de chose Ă  pied mais attention Ă  la cote pour arriver Ă  l’immeuble
