-Magnificent terrace with table for 6 people and beautiful panoramic views of the entire bay of Rosas and its different villages, the fishing port, and the marina. Spectacular sunsets. Equipped with awning.
-Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
-Living room with 2 sofas of 3 and 2 seats, TV, table for 6 people and large exit to the terrace.
-Open kitchen with fully equipped American bar: hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, juicer.
-The small toilet is on the top floor.

LOWER PLANT:

Great location and amazing view

Nice appartement with amazing view, ideally located closed the beach and the center. Very nice and available landlords. Equipment is basic but enough.

Loved it! The apartment is very light and beachy. The terrace was roomy with a view!

You will never find nicer hosts. They were most welcoming, helping us get there, showing us the little nearby beach and suggesting activities. We were 3 women over 60. We had wonderful walks to the Citadel and the Castel de la Trinitat. Easy to walk to the boat to Cadaqués (Dali's home), markets, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Die Unterkunft hat uns von der Lage her gut gefallen.Der Blick über den Hafen hat uns gut gefallen. Leider war es vor allem in der Küche nicht sauber. Die Töpfe die wir aus dem Schrank nehmen wollen klebten am Boden vom Schrank fest. Alle Küchen Utensilien waren fettig und verschmutzt. Ich verstehe die anderen Gäste nicht wie man so etwas hinterlassen kann. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern vor Anreise war sehr gut und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Der Empfang vor Ort war wirklich sehr herzlich man hat sich willkommen gefühlt.

Super séjour à Rosas

Séjour très agréable sur la Costa Brava. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et offre un beau balcon avec une super vue sur le port. Il y a quelques place de parking devant si vous avez une voiture. Il est à 10-15 minutes à pied des plages et 20 minutes du centre ville. Il faut juste être en forme pour monter une petite côte assez raide jusqu'à la résidence puis quelques escaliers. Mais sinon tout est parfait.

Un magnifique séjour à Rosas

La vue est imprenable sur la baie de Rosas et on apprécie de la scruter à toute heure avec les jumelles de Joan. La montée est raide à pied et se termine par un grand escalier, attention pour ceux qui ont de très jeunes enfants. L’appartement est spacieux et comprend tout le confort nécessaire, notamment la Clim, bien appréciée étant donné l’exposition ensoleillée. Seul bémol, l’appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour justifier le prix un peu élevé en l’état (flexible de la douche, carrelage cassé, grille pain qui fait sauter le disjoncteur électrique).

Formidables vacances

La communication pour la réservation et les échanges très faciles. Appartement très spacieux, calme avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la baie de Rosés à couper le souffle. Proche d’une crique à 400 m et d’une plage. L’appartement se situe à 5 mn du centre ville à pied mais dans un quartier très calme. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Richard
