This secluded but central property comprises an open-plan ground floor with fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and generous living space. To the first floor is the contemporary bathroom with heated towel rail and power shower, and the master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, flat-screen TV and twin-aspect views of the Umbrian countryside. Featuring a single loft bedroom and ground floor sofa bed, the house can easily accommodate up to five people. Outside, the property has a large garden with private sunbathing / barbecue area, as well as ample off-road parking.
