bright beautiful apartment of 95 square. with magnificent views of our valley, it consists of a wide entrance 1 kitchen 1 double bedroom 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 WC / shower and washing machine 1 storage room 1 living room 2 balconies and 1 parking space. The house has a new gas plant, a pellet stove that used together or alternating with the radiators help keep down the costs of heating and double-glazed windows to keep heat. In hot weather you can opt for the hot water boiler and pellet stove, if needed, for cooler evenings.
