Our Beach House is within a few minutes walk of the beautiful West Wittering Beach. Located right in WW village centre - the pub, village shops & National Trust sand dunes are all very close by. Recently renovated throughout with interiors and furnishing by Design Vintage, the house has stunning period features and every modern convenience. The large secure garden has lawned areas, mature trees and a huge decked area perfect for entertaining with Wood Fired Pizza Oven, Treehouse and Trampoline. 3 Double Bedrooms (1 is ground floor) & 1 large Triple kid's room with 1 single bed & 1 set full size Bunkbeds.

The house is immaculate throughout and we think you will love the space - perfect for family gatherings wanting a relaxing holiday right by the beach with plenty of outdoor space and lots to keep the children entertained. The 3 double bedrooms (1 is superking) are all a good size and 2 of them can easily take a cot if required. The 4th bedroom is a very large triple perfect for children and again lots of room for an additional cot. We have a lovely sunny playroom with toys, games and art activities to keep little ones amused whilst you relax on the terrace! The lounge with log burner has sofas and comfy chairs for relaxing and we have an eat-in vaulted kitchen/dining room with a large dining table as well as a further breakfast table.

Out on the terrace is another large dining table, surf shack, bbq and built in woodfired pizza oven, as well as the outdoor (hot) shower. We have a further breakfast table under a pergola, perfect for the morning sun.

There is an outdoor cabin with gorgeous lounging area complete with sofas under a bamboo covered pergola with lighting. The cabin has quickly become the 'sleepover den' and with built-in benches/beds it can accommodate two children wishing to have a glamping experience in the garden! It is fully insulated and double glazed, complete with power. The pergola catches the evening sun and is the perfect spot for late drinks.

Within a short drive of Chichester City Centre and Goodwood Racecourse and Motor Circuit, this is the perfect base for groups attending the prestigious Goodwood Events Calendar. The house lends itself to one or two families with children as all the children can sleep in one big room leaving 3 doubles for the adults.

The large log burner will keep you cosy on cooler nights and we also provide bbq, garden toys, beach equipment & plenty of outdoor seating.

West Wittering is a beautiful village with village shops, restaurant, cafe and pub all within a minute's stroll of the house. The blue flag beach is a few minute's walk (0.4 miles) or cycle with the choice of the main beach and National Trust sand dunes or the quieter 'locals' beach even closer to the house. Both are sandy and shelve gently which makes them perfect for children. There is a beach trolley for loading up with all the beach gear (and tired little ones on the way home!).
