Leuke duplex gelegen op de 2e verdieping met een capaciteit voor 2 tot 4 personen.
Ideaal voor een koppel of met kinderen.

De woonkamer heeft een terras met adembenemend uitzicht op zee. U vindt er zeer comfortabel meubilair. Een loungeruimte is uitgerust met een slaapbank, het eetgedeelte heeft een tafel, stoelen en opbergmeubels. Een dvd-combi-tv, Chromecast is beschikbaar, evenals WiFi.

De keuken is uitgerust met een magnetron, een koelkast, een vaatwasser, vier elektrische kookplaten, een afzuigkap en een complete dressoirset.

Het appartement heeft boven een slaapkamer (een boxspring van 140 x 200). In de kamer de mogelijkheid om een bed voor baby tot 2 jaar te plaatsen. Het heeft een badkamer met douche. Privé parkeren is mogelijk.
Lakens en handdoeken zijn niet inbegrepen.

La Naturelle is exclusief aanwezig aan de Opaalkust. De residentie kijkt uit over La Manche en biedt zijn inzittenden een prachtig maritiem spektakel aan de Britse kust.
De golfbaan Wimereux bevindt zich in de directe omgeving van de residentie. Op een steenworp afstand bedekken de Slack-duinen een immens gebied tussen Wimereux en de charmante badplaats Ambleteuse, paden zijn aangelegd voor wandelaars. Bij eb kan de wandelaar Ambleteuse en zijn fort Vauban bereiken aan het zandstrand. Heel dicht bij het centrum van Wimereux, heel dichtbij (mini-markt, bakker, banketbakkers, apotheek, benzinestation, brasserieën).

A perfect view.

Perfect view on the cliffs, the sea and other villages. Nice apartment for two people, up-to-date with all you need. Nice village with shops and restaurants on walking distance. Some bike roads available. Many walking tour available starting from the house.

Duplex très bien meublé et très fonctionnel. Dommage que la box wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas. Il faudrait le préciser dans l’annonce et non une fois que la réservation est effectuée et payée.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes en contact depuis 7/11/2021 avec SFR pour retabler le wifi. Ils sont venu aujourd'hui le 26/11/2021. Nous savons pas encore qu'ils ont trouvé une solution. Nous avons mis en box 4G ZTE de SFR pour avoir le wifi. Le box 4G fonctionnait. Nous avons fait tout notre possible pour que vous ayez le wifi. Bàv.

Lieu magnifique, nous avons adoré

Le duplex de Jan et Erna est très joli, décoré avec goût. Tout a été bien pensé, les couleurs, le mobilier, le lit à l’étage est de très bonne qualité. La terrasse, avec ses couchers de soleil, la vue sur la mer et le sentier GR qui passe devant est sublime. Nous n’avons qu’une envie: revenir! Wimereux est une ville très jolie rejoignante en dix minutes à pieds seulement. Nous le recommandons à tous.

Schöne Ferienzeit / wie immer :-)

Es war wie immer eine schöne Zeit. Trotz des Wetters hatten wir eine schönen Urlaub. Dazu beigetragen hat die saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Die Möglichkeiten zu einem Spaziergang oder einem Ausflug mit dem Auto im Umfeld sind vielfältig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Danke an Jan und Erna) wie üblich einwandfrei. Erg fijne woning, top locatie!

Fijn verblijf gehad met onze kinderen, erg leuk dichtbij de mooie stranden die heel leuk zijn voor de kinderen met eb. Leuke stadjes en boulevards langs de stranden. Goede communicatie met de eigenaren. Contactloze sleuteloverdracht. In het appartement alles aanwezig, overal is aan gedacht. Aanrader!

Een prachtige mooie schone woning een mooi ruim uitzicht op zee.

Het is prachtige woning met een nog mooier uitzicht. Wij hebben er 1 week samen gezeten en 1 week met zn vieren. Voor 4 personen is het te klein. Er is geen kast ruimte voor eigen bagage maar omdat we mooi weer hadden en op het balkon konden leven was het goed te doen. De omgeving is ook heel moo,i we hebben er heerlijk gefietst. Fijne contacten met de eigenaar. Echt een aanrader!!!

Magnifique vue sur mer depuis un duplex très cosy

Duplex lumineux très bien situé en front de mer, vue magique depuis la terrasse. Situé entre Ambleteuse et Wimereux. Réalité des lieux conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. Place de parking couverte en dessous du duplex. Propreté des lieux impeccable, lave vaisselle très appréciable, Microonde, vaisselle à disposition pour fristouiller un petit repas. Très calme en ce début juillet Ce qui nous a permis le repos. Chemins de randonnée (GR120) au pied du complexe la Naturelle. Contacts avec les propriétaires très chaleureux, merci pour les infos météo et votre disponibilité! En résumé, nous recommandons cette location+++
