Perfect end of summer getaway! We really enjoyed our stay. Every time the kiddos got a little restless, we took the very short (barefooted) walk to the beach to play. I wish we had a few more days! The neighbors were also super friendly.Tanya, the host, was exceptional and very attentive. Highly recommend!

The property was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to walk and ride bikes to the beach everyday and the neighborhood was quiet. It is close to a lot of amenities, but we were happy hanging out at the house and enjoying the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Sweet little beach at the end of the road and guests have access with the beach pass from the owner (also a couple of beach chairs to use!). It's a perfect spot to watch the sunset!Home itself is cozy with lots of seating options and everything you need for your getaway. Clean and host was easy to get in touch with. We'd stay again...maybe a little longer next time!

Slice of Heaven

I cannot express how perfect our vacation was. We had a week in a fabulous house, a small private beach a short walk away, and the nicest neighbors anyone could have asked for. The house was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Shopping and groceries were a short drive away, great restaurants close by as well. Tanya was super nice and extremely easy to work with. We loved it so much we will be keeping our eye out for a place to buy in this neighborhood!

Nice cottage

Cottage is renovated nicely and close to the center of Clinton. Short walk to a lovely community beach with nice views, beach pass provided. Very nice neighborhood to take walks. Tanya was easily available for questions and very easy check in and out process.

Great family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. We were in a great location for being able to do Myistic aquarium one day, Beardsley zoo another day and still be able to go to the beach. Theres also alot of great shopping, food, and historical spots in the area. The house was clean and had beach access at the end of the street. Our toddler loved the time we had so much that the morning we left we had to carry her out to the truck crying "I love beach house i want to live here".

Cute beach cottage

We stayed with 1 other couple in this very well maintained beach cottage. It was 3 minutes from a small neighborhood beach and 4 miles from Hammonasset Beach. We had all the amenities you could need. Nice sunporch and outdoor space. Tanya was a wonderful host and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. The Thimble island tour was very worth while.Located in a very nice neighborhood a well. We hope to stay again next year.

Beach House By The Beach Had a Beach

No kidding, there was a beach. Tanya was a great host, communicated well and gave all the basic information I needed to make my stay pleasant. The house gets warm during hot, humid late-summer days, but thankfully, each bedroom has A/C so sleep is comfortable no matter how baked the day was. The beach down the street is very cute and nice to sit at and contemplate Hammonassett across the way.
