As seen on HGTV! Located in a gated community, this year-round, 1300 sqft child-friendly lake-front Mitten Ridge chalet has two bedrooms, a private sleeping loft, and two full bathrooms. It is newly updated, warmly decorated and well-appointed with all the comforts of home.

This chalet sleeps 8 comfortably (6 adults max) and is perfect for a family getaway, a couples retreat, wedding guests, or a girls getaway. There is a brand new king size bed in the master bedroom, a new queen size bed in the 2nd main floor bedroom, and four twin beds (2 bunkbeds) in the loft area. A portable crib is also available. Guests will love the lake view from the new, private hot tub!

Located on a 2.2 acre, secluded, wooded lot, our chalet offers guests both privacy and solitude. No steep roads to the chalet and no steep slopes on the property! The lake is fully stocked and there is a dock, private, sandy beach and fishing gear. Guests can enjoy the wood burning fireplace, relax on the wrap-around deck, or take the paddle boat and kayaks out on the lake to explore. The chalet is very private but conveniently located near many of the amenities, including four beaches found on Lake Aspen. For wedding guests, our chalet is within walking distance to the Aspen Center.

At the larger lakes, guests can play in the sand or spend the day swimming. At the chalet, enjoy a fire next to the lake (firewood is provided), or fish from the private lakeside dock. Guests can also relax on the deck or hammock with a nice glass of wine or a book. While the beautiful, wooded 2.2 acres of this chalet encourage you to unwind and unplug, you'll still find it complete with a 50” flat screen ultra 4K HD smart TV (Philo cable tv & all local channels in full HD), DVD player, and a home theater system. There is an additional fire TV/DVD player with XBOX in the loft area for the kids, as well as a Fire TV in the Master bedroom. Our chalet also has excellent cell phone reception! We also have WiFi!!!

Our guests have access to all of the amenities and activities at Innsbrook. With over 100 lakes on 7500 acres, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy at Innsbrook. Some of the sports activities include:

- an 18-hole golf course with Clubhouse/Restaurant
- outdoor swimming pool
- recreation complex (including guest laundry facilities)
- fitness center,
- pickle ball courts and playground
- lighted tennis courts, basketball, and sand volleyball

Other outdoor activities include miles of hiking trails, seasonal trout fishing and 100 lakes for fishing and swimming with 14 beaches and swim docks. Guests may also enjoy the Historic Log Cabin (newly renovated by the Innsbrook Historical Society), complimentary library, and birdwatching.

Other Innsbrook activities include holiday events (such as the 4th of July fireworks), live outdoor summer concerts and movies, children's camps, art shows, religious services, and concerts performed by world-class musicians. The resort also offers a buffet for the holidays, including Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve! Every time of year is a beautiful time to visit Innsbrook. Don't forget about a romantic Valentine weekend getaway!

Come and see our newly expanded deck with gorgeous lake views! The kitchen has also been expanded and completely updated. It offers full size, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and a gorgeous custom cherry counter. (The fridge has an ice-maker!) We have also added a 3 stage water filtration system for the kitchen sink.

Amenities included with this chalet include all linens, paper goods, a well stocked pantry with condiments, beach towels, life jackets, pillow/mattress protectors, Fire TV's, wifi, cable, movies, dishes, kitchen items, hair dryers, gas grill, games, books, fishing gear, magazines, beach items - everything you need for your stay!
