Hot Tub & Barrel Sauna: Lakefront Innsbrook Chalet

Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad communication was easy and that the home had everything you needed, from the extra blankets and pillows to the toys and games for the kids. It means a lot to hear that everything felt well cared for and ready to use. We're happy your family had a great stay!

Thanks Tracy. I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit and I agree you, you feel far far away but its a short drive to most places in Missouri. hope you'll stay with us again when your ready for your next staycation.

Thank you Donna. We strive to make the chalet your home away from home. So happy you enjoyed.

From the Owner: "Thank you, Andrea. We put a lot of effort into making sure the beds and furniture are comfortable. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Hope you all come to visit again soon."

What a wonderful send-off for the kids before college! We are greatful to be the place you chose to make those special memories. We're so glad the space worked well for all 8 of you and that the house was clean and true to its description. The deck overlooking the pond, the wildlife, the kayaks and paddle board, and the nearby beach with the swim platform all sound like the perfect combination for a memorable stay. Thank you for the thoughtful, detailed review and the recommendation!

From the owner: "Thanks, McGraw. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to destress. We hope you’ll return again soon."

From the owner: "Thank you, Julie. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay over the holidays and enjoyed all the details. We strive to make the guest experience one they will want to come back to. Happy New Year, and we hope you return soon."

From the owner: Hi Andrea, we were happy you had enough space for your group, the property was clean, and you enjoyed the scenery. We were very sorry to hear you had issues and to see that we did not meet your expectations. We wanted to address your comments:   - All of the check-in instructions are provided to each guest after booking, well before they arrive at the property. Perhaps you didn't see the email that was sent to you.  - The community requires all adults to be registered with security before entering. This is stated in the check-in instructions before arrival. When someone is not on the list prior to arrival, they will not be allowed to enter, which is why we reached out to you prior so you could avoid issues at the gate. Innsbrook is a highly secure community, and we want to make sure the safety of our guests is a top priority.  In addition, there are liability reasons, so they can account for each person who is registered.  They are very strict on this policy, as you experienced.  - We find that most of our guests enjoy the large wall of windows that bring in natural light and show the beauty of nature.  We took your feedback into account and are now providing eye masks for our guests if they choose to use them.   - Regarding your comment about the lake water, this is out of our control. It rains, which can bring mud from the bottom of the lake, and it will cause the water to look muddy. The lake is safe, and lots of people have used it and have enjoyed it.  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Lindi, Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. We are so happy to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay especially the outdoor amenities. We loved that the chalet was a good fit for your multi-generational family getaway. We hope you all come again soon.

Claire- Wow. Your review was so kind and makes all the work worth it. We are so thrilled you and your daughter chose to stay with us for your getaway and we are honored by your kind words. Our goal is to provide a space to create lasting memories with the ones your love the most. We cannot wait to have you all again. Thank you!
