Our beautiful villa, with a living surface of +/- 160 m², is located between the traditional villages Roussillon and Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. The house is stylishly furnished and offers an entrance hall with cloakroom, a well equipped kitchen, a utility room with extra fridge and washing machine, a large living room consisting of a dining room and a living room with stone fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 1 with large dressing room and shower room , 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Our residence is located in a wooded area (green and white oak), 3. 000 m² with many shady spots. In the garden you enjoy the pool, a large sun terrace, a covered terrace, a large trampoline (4m), 1 swing for the children. Ideal for 2 families. Good base for exploring the picturesque villages of the Luberon, the region around the Mont Ventoux, the Provençal city of Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and St-Remy-de-Provence, ....

Very lovely Villa and area in Provence.

Came for a family holiday and Villa was ideal. very well furnished and nice to live in. Pool was clean and well used, outside dining great but watch out for Tiger mosquitos!.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Sauber und gut ausgestattet .Allerdings waren von 4 Schlafzimmern nur 3 mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde nicht nachgebessert. Es fehlten Mückennetze an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Leider gab es so viele Mücken auf dem Grundstück, dass auch der Pool kaum zu benutzen war.Zum Frühstück gab es schon die ersten Mückenstiche. Ausserhalb des Grundstückes( Radfahren,Wandern ) hatten wir keine Probleme mit Mücken. Wahrscheinlich sammeln sie sich in den vielen Dekogefässen ,die auf dem ganzen Grundstück verteilt sind und im etwas verwilderten Unterholz unter den Bäumen.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable house in the luberon

• very good interaction with the owner through the site before arrival • beautiful house with a magnificent terrain full of opportunities (terras, swimming pool, tables, chairs) and nature • very good location to discover the luberon • only point for improvement would be airco in the bedrooms, it can get very hot in the bedrooms in full summer even with the windows open

Pardait pour se détendre en famille

Belle maison très confortable et bien agencée et décorée, belle terrasse avec un coin repas extérieur à l'ombre, grand jardin arboré et clos à l'abri des regards et très chouette piscine. Le couple qui s'en occupe est très accueillant et la piscine a été entretenue en mileu de semaine. La localisation est évidemment parfaite pour découvrir la région et les très jolis villages alentours, et Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt offre tous les services et petits commerces. Pour résumer, nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre grande famille.

Lovely, clean and comfortable. The villa had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. My granddaughter loved the pool and trampoline. The grounds were lovely, we enjoyed grilling and dining on the patio. The sights of Provence were easy short day trips away.

Superbe maison conforme à nos attentes . Un accueil agréable de WIM , un petit présent de la part des propriétaires (bouteille de rosé) . Le cadre ombragé est superbe , peu de bruit des maisons environnantes. Les pièces sont spacieuses, le rangement suffisant . Nous avons juste souffert un peu d'une très forte chaleur qui ne nous a pas permit de créer un espace de fraicheur dans la maison , les premières nuits ont été un peu difficile du fait de la température.(exposition plein sud)

Het was gewoonweg zalig !!!

In deze woning voelt met zich direct 'thuis' , leuk ingericht en alles wat je kan bedenken is voorhanden. De tuin met zijn terras prachtig, de bbq-plaats en het zwembad zijn een oase van rust. Na de vriendelijke rondleiding van Wim was alles overduidelijk en konden we van onze vakantie beginnen genieten, wat we dan ook ten volle gedaan hebben. De woning is echt de naam van 'favoriet' waardig. We waren uiterst tevreden en misschien tot volgend jaar.
