Much better than the online pictures suggested

Spacious shadowed outside area, very cozy, various chairs and lounges, well equipped kitchen well sized pool, apartment enerally in good shape. 10/10. You get more value than expected based on the pictures. The online pics undervalue this apartment. Perfect fit for Families or couples

SPLENDIDA VACANZA

Abbiamo soggjornato in due famiglie ognuna con due bambini tra i 4 e i 9 anni più un cane. È stata una bellissima vacanza, la casa è spaziosa e accogliente con un giardino ampio e ben curato con vista mare. Zona servita e spiagge incantevoli. Giuseppe sempre disponibile e preciso. Consiglio

Familienurlaub im Paradis

Wir sind als Familie mit unseren beiden Hund gereist und durften ca. 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen und sauberen Haus verbringen. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 25 Minuten von Gallipoli entfernt. Dort kann man ohne Ende Shoppen und hat endlose viele Restaurants. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt hat man ein wunderschönes Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Eigentümer war überaus Gastfreundlich. Das Haus hat unsere Vorstellung übertroffen und wir würden ohne zögern wieder in diesem Haus unsere Ferien verbringen. Preis/Leistungsverhältniss übertroffen. Top Lage und wunderschöne umzäunte Anlage mit einem grossen Pool. Ein Dankeschön an den Vermieter, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt dort verbringen durften! Es hätte nicht besser sein können!

Tutto perfetto

5 stelle alla villa, comodissima, amplia abbastanza per noi 7. 5 stelle al Sig. Giuseppe che si è prodigato in ogni modo per rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Per noi la posizione è stata perfetta per girare tutto il Salento

Soggiorno a Torre Pali - Luglio 2019

Abbiamo soggiornato per circa 2 settimane in questa villetta usufruendo di ogni confort necessario ad una vacanza estiva al mare. Spazio esterno meraviglioso , comodo e ben tenuto dal sig. Giuseppe, proprietario cortese e disponibile. Posizion ottima. Posto consigliato.

prima settimana in salento

Eravamo in quattro persone più un cane, per noi era la prima vacanza in Salento e la posizione si è rivelata molto buona, a metà strada tra il capo di Leuca, le spiagge sabbiose del litorale ionico e quelle rocciose della costa adriatica, a pochissimi km (3-4) da alcuni lidi molto famosi (Maldive del Salento) anche se abbiamo gradito di più altre località. La casa è vicinissima al centro di Torre Pali raggiungibile in un paio di minuti di auto dove si possono trovare tutti i servizi e comunque a 10/15 min dal più vicino supermercato. Il giardino è impeccabile e ben curato, la casa pulita e spaziosa. La notte la ventilazione naturale permetteva quasi sempre di fare a meno del condizionatore. Buona soluzione per gruppi di amici per il fatto di essere in campagna e potersi trattenere a lungo per cene e grigliate all'aperto senza disturbare nessuno.

Un posto incantevole!

Ho soggiornato qui ad agosto 2016. Il posto è stupendo, la villa pulita, ottimamente rifinita e dotata di tutti i comfort, vicina alla spiaggia (che dista solo 1 km) ma allo stesso tempo lontana dal caos agostano. Ho vissuto due settimane in pieno relax con la mia famiglia in un posto incantevole, ed il signor Giuseppe è stato un padrone di casa impeccabile, venendo incontro alle nostre richieste e consentendoci di trascorrere il soggiorno nel migliore dei modi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
