The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay. Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $50/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.
During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

The location was great. The beds were very comfortable which was important after long days of hiking. The parking wasn’t ideal since another car was parked in the reserved spot when we arrived, but it was fine by the first evening. The noise carries between the units so it was helpful the we woke up early to hike most days.
Wonderful place, amazing location. So nice to be able to walk to the park rather than driving. I was a bit worried about being above a restaurant but it was not a problem - no smells or noise. Just a great stay in this unit. Plenty of all things needed, super clean, comfortable beds. Thanks to the host!!
Location can’t be beat- walked across the street to Visitor’s Center every day!

Clean, spacious comfortable apartment! Loved the location, steps away from the park entrance! Only thing parking area is small and doesn’t have the spaces labeled. Still was able to get a parking space
Amazing location across the street from the Zion visitor center where you pick up shuttles to the park. Easy walk to restaurants and the rest of town. Owner is very responsive to any issues. Stay here!
I read the reviews before booking and agree with all the reviews about how perfect the location is. We walked right across the street to Zion National park visitor center and was able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to. Highly recommend. VRBO had amenities we needed.
Last minute trip, we were able to book this 2 nights before our trip to zions. It ended up being in the perfect locarion, right across the street from everything we needed. Very pleased with this rental experience.
We loved the location straight across fromthe buses and also easy to get rentals for the narrows. Great spot and plenty of space for a family of 5. The host was very informative and quick to respond
This unit is the perfect location. It has you as close to entrance of Zion as possible , no having to ride the bus to entrance just walk across the street. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.
Everything needed for a visit to Zion and BryceCanyon. Well equipped property across the street from the park entrance and Zion and Springdale shuttle stops. Also an excellent Thia fusion restaurant next door. We loved it — Second time I booked here.
Great amount of space, thoughtful touches and so convenient. We hiked into the park one day and took the shuttle right from the pick up across the street. Close walk to restaurants and a market, so you don't need to move the car. Great for us after all that driving. Huge washer and dryer which helped us a ton.
Location of this property is amazing! So close to the Zion park entrance, Being above the Subway restaurant caused no issues for us. Our family of 4 adults had plenty of room for our 2 night stay. The upper bunk may not provide a whole lot of clearance for an adult; our 24 yr old son chose to sleep on the couch instead, but it was not a problem. Would stay here again. The location is fantastic!
What a great home base for our trip to Zion. Location is unbeatable just a short walk to the park entrance. Having a parking spot is clutch too. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for my family! It was spacious and extremely close to the entrance. There were many dining options very close by!
The best part about this property is the location. You can walk into Zion in 5 minutes. We hiked The Watchman, and took off right from the door of our apartment.
This was a great location and a cute place! Bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice and soft. Unfortunately the parking was not great…we were given strict instructions about our parking spot that we were alotted. Upon arrival, someone was in it. We were told to “just park anywhere” in the subway lot, but once there was no spots and there were also towing signs everywhere. This happened daily. The parking of the vehicles in our spot was never enforced.
