BRACERA**** (67m 2), is a beautiful spacious apartment spectacular sea view terrace (additional 30m2) and sea view balconies. Red, orange and yellow color, cherry wood, traditional design are used in the interior.
Apartment is perfect for a family, with one room with a double bed, and the other one with two double beds. Extra bed for two more persons and baby crib will be setup upon request. Apartment has one bathroom and additional toilet.
Apartment Bracera**** in Villa Arca Adriatica is a perfect getaway, and a base from which you can surrender yourself to a complete Mediterranean experience.
The Villa is located in park of nature North Velebit and build according to very strict ecological criteria.

There is a large barbecue area in front of Villa, parking place, free of charge, as well.
Seaview from the terrace and balconies will take your breath away.

We produce all the electricity for the needs of the Villa ourselves. We have an ecological water purification device.
The water is drinkable at every tap in the Villa.
An outdoor, solar shower is available, including a large, spacious garden sink for rinsing off diving and swimming gear.

Beautiful apartment with great view

Sadly we were only able to stay for one night, whilst celebrating our anniversary but the apartment was fantastic and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We enjoyed some champagne on the balcony whilst watching the sunset before a short walk to have a lovely dinner by the sea. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Ein toller Urlaub.

Wir wurden herzlich durch die Gastgeber begrüßt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es war viel Stauraum für unsere Sachen verfügbar. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer war fantastisch! Der Wagen konnte direkt am Haus abgestellt werden. In der Nähe befand sich ein ruhiger Strandabschnitt. Das Zentrum von Sveti Juraj ist nur ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und ich kann diese Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen.

Unterkunft + Vermieterpaar

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub/Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Vermieterpaar war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns stets geholfen. Sehr ansprechendes Appartement mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir haben 4 sehr schöne Tage in dem super sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Appartement verbracht. Alles ist genau wie in der Beschreibung und den Fotos angegeben, Bettwäsche und Handtücher in reichlicher Menge inklusive. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend, es gibt viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Außer einem Begrüßungsgetränk gab es sogar einen extrem leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen . Der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die recht viel befahrene Küstenstraße. Der Weg in das sehr nahe gelegene Sveti Jurai ist zu Fuß nicht so angenehm wegen der vielen schnell fahrenden Autos.

Super Lage und seeeeehr Gastfreundlich

Tolles Ambiente, super nette Begrüßung und ein Herzlicher Empfang über die ganze Woche. Ein rundum Wohlgefühl. Vesna & Cedo & Ihr Sohn waren sehr hilfbereit. Die Wohnung war seeeehr sauber. Saubere Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche im Juni in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Vom Balkon aus konnte man bereits die Fische im Meer schwimmen sehen- das Wasser ist klar, sauber und vor allem mit Taucherbrille ein echtes Erlebnis. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man schräg über die Straße zu einer kleinen Bucht zum schwimmen oder auch Croissants und Kaffee genießen mit Blick auf's Meer in nur wenigen Metern. Zum Ort selbst, den weiteren Bademöglichkeiten und empfehlenswerten Restaurants in Sveti Juraj sind wir aufgrund des Verkehrs lieber mit dem Auto gefahren. Wegen der recht hohen Temperaturen wussten wir vor allem die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum sehr zu schätzen! Das Auto konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank an unsere netten Vermieter!

Lovely

I stayed here with my partner and his parents for 5 days. Upon arrival we were greeted by Vesna who was very friendly and welcoming. Vesna had baked us a gorgeous chocolate cake, thank you again for that! The villa throughout was spacious and really clean. May I say that the linen smelt lovely!! There were plenty of towels and basics such as shower gel and soap were provided which was helpful. We cooked several times during our stay and all cookware / plenty of crockery and cutlery was provided. The local restaurants and bars were nice as well. It was approx. 10 minute walk to the little village, where you can also find a small supermarket. The balcony had a lovely sea view, you could hear the waves crashing against the rocks as you were sunbathing. There were also a few steps leading down to the beach opposite the villa, a three minute walk. We hired a car (recommended), beware, there are some really windy roads! Overall we had a lovely stay, and we would love to stay here if we visit Croatia again. Thanks again! Lucy

Die Wohnung war super schön, die Vermieter total nett. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Sonnenuntergang war wirklich toll! Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße gehen. Es war sehr schön und erholsam!

Beautiful View and Home

The home and views are even more beautiful than the photos. The owner greeted us with a cold beverage and even brought us a delicious chocolate cake one evening. We enjoyed shopping at the local grocery store and cooking breakfast a couple of times. We also ate at 3 of the local restaurants. We especially liked the pizza at Pizzeria Adria and the roasted pig at Buffet 2B (walking distance from apartment). We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip to Croatia.
