On the ground floor, which is about 100 sq.m, there is the main house and on the first floor, which is about 40 sq.m, the guest house. In this villa you can find peace, tranquility and appreciate nature. It is situated about 8 km away from Parikia, the port of Paros and only 1.5 km away from the ferry to Antiparos. From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of a big corner sofa, which opens up into double bed if needed.

With exterior independent steps you have access to the guest house of 40 sq.m. Entering this property, the first thing that one notices is the brightness as the light penetrates everywhere through the windows. In the open plan area, with the air conditioning, there is a small fully equipped kitchenette consisting of a small fridge, a small cooker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a table with chairs and a sofa bed that becomes double bed. The bedroom, which also has a double bed, is attractively decorated giving the air of romance. The windows all round overlook the beautiful scenery and the Aegean Sea. The elegant bathroom next to the bedroom has a glass door shower.
All windows are double glazed, with wooden frames, internal shutters and screens.
The 60 sq.m terrace will complete the pleasure, while absorbing the stunning views of natural beauty lying on the sun beds or dining at the outdoor table.
