Vacation apartment in a two-family house surrounded by greenery on the promontory of Santa Maria di Ricadi in Calabria. It is only a few hundred meters from the sea and a few kilometers from Tropea and its beaches. Here you will spend your vacation in one of the most suggestive stretches of the Tyrrhenian coast. The apartment is surrounded by fruit trees and meadows and is on two levels: on the first floor there is dining room with kitchenette, bathroom and a double bedroom, upstairs (stairs without banisters): Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub, small living room with sofa bed and beautiful terrace where you can admire wonderful sunsets. Guests have a part of the outdoor area for exclusive use and a part in common with the guests of IKK334. Lamezia Terme (airport) about 70 km. Wi-Fi: 10 GB/week.

Sei es die ruhige Lage der Wohnung inmitten eines großen und sehr gepflegten Gartens am Rande von Santa Maria di Ricardi, sei es die persönlich-geschmackvolle und wertige Ausstattung der Wohnung, sei es der wunderbare Ausblick auf die Meerenge von Messina oder Stromboli (besonders stimmungsvoll am Abend), oder sei es Vincenzo, der warmherzige und stets hilfsbereite Betreuer, alles fügt sich hier zu einem besonderen und harmonischen Ort und trägt zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaubserlebnis bei.
