Imagine waking up on a warm summer day, sipping a good coffee on the veranda, putting on a towel, and now diving into the water! This is the privilege of staying in our villa... welcome to VILLECEFALU.
Ground-floor villa with private garden in the fenced area. It features a veranda equipped with a barbecue, deckchairs, table, and chairs; 2 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms with showers; living room with air conditioning and 2 sofa beds; fully equipped kitchen; outdoor shower.

AVAILABLE AMENITIES: High chair (reservation required), outdoor shower, 1 private parking space within the residence, barbecue, Wi-Fi, washing machine, 2 air conditioners, television, mosquito nets, beach umbrella.

The following additional services are available upon request and subject to availability (book before arrival): Airport transfers, car rental, boat excursions. Pizza Making Class: a guided experience with a professional pizza chef, from preparation to the final tasting overlooking the sea.

Ferienobjekt und das Haus waren schön und sauber. Lebensmittel Geschäfte sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Strand in der Nähe und der Weg dahin leider sehr unsauber.

Molto comoda ed ampia. Eravamo 2 coppie di amici e siamo stati comodi ed indipendenti all’interno della villetta. 2 camere matrimoniali con ognuna il suo bagno, ampio soggiorno, ma soprattutto meravigliosa veranda.. la proprietaria gentilissima ed efficiente ... consiglio sicuramente un soggiorno in questa splendida location

Superbes vacances

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil : MariaLuisa est adorable !! Elle vous renseigne sur les environs , les bons restaurants, les sites à visiter ... elle est à l écoute et très efficace : nous avons un problème avec le cumulus et elle a réglé le soucis dans la journée . La location est très bien entretenue et très propre . Le seul petit bémol c est la piscine qui est payante à la journée : 7 euros par jour pour un adulte . Heureusement la plage est juste à côté !!! MariaLuisa merci beaucoup nous avons passé d excellentes vacances chez vous .

Logement bonne qualité, bien placé, suffisamment loin des voies ferrées (très peu de bruit de train) Voisin direct face à la terrasse en dehors de la résidence bruyant, dans la résidence voisinage calme et agréable Attention, pas précisé, mais la piscine est en dehors de la résidence et payante. Lieu très propre et bien entretenu, accès à la plage à moins de 5 min à pied. L'agent immo est réactif même pendant le séjour.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, wenige Meter bis zum Meer

Im Großen und Ganzen ein gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Eignet sich gut auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo (am besten mit dem Zug, Haltepunkt ist gleich in der Nähe), ins herrliche Cefalu (5 km) oder in die Madonie. Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich freundlich und kam extra mitten in der Nacht, um uns bei unserer durch Flugverspätung verschobenen Ankunft noch alles zu zeigen. Leider ist der Pool in der Anlage, der mit schönen Bildern beworben wird und auf den sich bedonders unsere Tochter freute, total verwahrlost und seit langem nicht mehr nutzbar. Auch am Ferienhaus selbst zeigt sich, dass seit der Erbauung kaum Geld in die Instandhaltung investiert wurde.

Nice and enjoyable holiday venue

The house was very commodious and more spacious than we expected at first. All appliances worked perfectly and when we had a small isssue, the owners intervened within one hour. The terrace is a good place to enjoy a peaceful dinner. The common pool is well maintained. Really good value for money!
