Great location, quiet but close to everything you need

A super apartment - clean, comfy and well equipped. Very quiet, but easy to walk everywhere - market, beach, museums, restaurants. Especially liked the artwork, much of which was made by the owners brother. Cadiz4Rentals were great - responded very quickly for small issues and checked in with us regularly to make sure things were OK. Would definately stay here again! We stayed during winter, and the apartment was a little chilly at times. We used the heater which was fine, but perhaps a rug or two in the bedrooms would make things a bit cosier. But overall this is a minor issue

Great location by the old town

This is a nice property with 2 great outdoor private terraces and good outside seating. Private, not overlooked and quiet. The location is fabulous with easy walking access to all the sites of the old town along with the bus and train stations only 5 minutes away. The lounge area is small but adequate and comfortable. The kitchen could have been cleaner. The only disappointment was the bedrooms. The overall experience would be enhanced if the mattresses and bed linen were upgraded. This is a nice property but really only for 2 guests as the second particularly lacks comfort. Overall, we had a lovely 3 week stay.

3 nights in Cadiz

We stayed three nights in El Mirador del Campanario, attracted by the photo of the roof top terrace. And we sat on the terrace every evening enjoying the wide views across the city. The apartment is well placed a short stroll from the centre. It is well furnished and well equipped, clearly at some expense. Unfortunately, a couple of the chairs on the terrace looked fine but in fact, were of low quality, the sort of camping equipment you can pick up for a few pounds in the UK. I sat on one of them on the first evening and it collapsed under me. Luckily I was not hurt. It could have been serious if my head had hit one of the metal plates sticking out of the terrace wall. I missed it by a whisker. The owner, who has clearly put a lot of thought into the apartment, or the local agent should replace these inadequate chairs with more robust ones. Apart from that , we were delighted with the apartment Peter Jones

Dear Peter, Thank you for trusting in us and for writing this review. It's very important for us. We are happy you have enjoyed so much during your stay in our appartment and in our city. Finally, we have already removed the chairs. We are very sorry for the incident but fortunately nothing happened and you were not hurt. We are looking forward to host you again. Regards, Laura CADIZ4RENTALS.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Hello Brigitte, Thank you for your trust. We are glad to read that you loved the apartment, its location and beds. We regret you found difficult our office even if it's face to the entrance of the old city. You already knew our check-in process is not presencial since we inform about that in the ad. We regret the Nespresso was incomplete. While we were waitinf for the piece, weleft you another coffee maker. Regards, Laura.
