The apartment has an independent entrance and is located in a private property of 12 hectares of and in a true paradise and with a private truffle reserve and it is possible to organize the truffle hunting experience. The closest shops such as pharmacy, petrol station, supermarket, bar, restaurant and local grocery stores for homemade pasta are 1.5 km from the house. It is very easy to reach many tourist places such as Urbino, Gubbio, the Frasassi Caves, Arezzo, Il Passo del Furrlo, Cagli, Urbania, Fossombrone and Acqualagna. In the neighborn there are 2 rivers the Bosso and Burano with real and natural swimming pools where you can spend time in nature.
It is possible to have cooking lessons and pizza lessons for children.
