Located 40 min from Lisbon, in the village of Lagoa de Albufeira, near Sesimbra, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches and pine forests. Air conditioning/ fireplace/ heating and great WiFi. Kitchen equipped with high standard. Enjoy our beach towels, bicycles, stand up paddle-SUP and kayak to explore. Garden, barbecue. Clean, sanitized.LV Premier Meco / Albufeira Villas- LA1 is a 5-bedroom / 4.5 bathroom villa recently renovated. Located approximately 40 minutes from Lisbon, in the coastal village of Lagoa de Albufeira, it is surrounded by beautiful beaches and pine forests. The villa has a swimming pool and gardens. Fully equipped with a high standard, with air conditioning and heating, barbecue, fireplace and much more. This villa is a favorite destination for large families and groups of friends. This holiday rental is a great option to discover the Arrábida coast while enjoying maximum comfort. The LV Premier Meco / Albufeira Villas-LA1 features a very large living room with a spacious kitchenette at one end, the dining area in the middle and the living room / TV area at the other end, next to the fireplace. Enjoy FREE WIFI and cable TV. There are 4 bicycles available to guests. SUP board and kayak available, as well as various games for the whole family.



Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional. Stays over 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Free street parking. We recommend a car. Optional pool heating fee of 40 euros per day. Optional jacuzzi usage fee of 25 euros per day. What a great house and property! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, our dog loved the lovely yard. We loved the nice beds and views and outdoor eating space. Check-in was easy and friendly, and the house is perfectly equipped with quality kitchen tools and fluffy beach towels. Easy walk to the beach and a quick trip to Sesimbra. We will be back!!

The owner was very rude. Hot tub didn’t work, was not set up. It was the main reason I had rented the place, for my birthday weekend. He yelled at me on the phone and said it was my fault. The photos and title of the listing advertised a hot tub. I even messaged him on the app to confirm it and he insisted I messaged in the wrong area as if it were all my fault. António, the man who does the check in , is very nice . House is clean, but amenities are falsely advertised and the owners attitude was horrible .

I am sorry that you feel that way. It would be great if you also shared your meltdown on the phone and with my team, and the fact that you ignored the instructions for the jaccuzzi/ hot tub. As it needs to be set up and it is an extra -guests have to tell us in advance that they accept the charge. Guest should also mention that did everything to remedy the situation and set the jaccuzzi up, turned it on and it was working . We had to return twice because they complained about the temperature which reached 37C- more than appropriate for the jaccuzzi. We are sorry that this did not meet your expectations

LV Premier LA1 ia a great villa located in Lagoa de Albufeira close to Sesimbra. It features a medium size heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a gorgeous garden. It is walking distance to the beaches (approx 15 min), and has a great feel of peace, with lots of pine woods nearby. The house is equipped with (4) bikes, a inflatable kayak and stand up paddle for guest use. There is also a ping pong table, darts and table games. Featuring 5 bedrooms (3 of which are suites), a total of 4 full bedrooms and a half bathroom, great WiFi, AC, heating and outdoor meal area as well as a BBQ, this is hard to beat. The villa is also a great spot off season allowing for a even more relaxing vacation. Farmers market and great choice of restaurants, with super fresh fish dishes... A car is recommended
