This delightful single-storey annexe is situated 1.5 miles from the village of Llanharry, between Bridgend and Cardiff and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Cwm Gran Meadows is a lovely single-storey annexe situated attached to the owners' home, situated 1.5 miles from the village of Llanharry, nine miles from the town of Bridgend. This cottage has two bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double and a twin, together with a shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove. Outside the cottage there is shared use of an enclosed lawned garden with raised patio and off road parking for two cars. Cwm Gran Meadows is an ideal base. Note: WiFi can be intermittent. Note: Access to the property is via a long, bumpy track. Note: From the parking area you have to walk past the owner's conservatory and back door to the property entrance.

Electric oven with electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off road parking for 2 cars. Shared enclosed lawned garden with decked patio. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: WiFi can be intermittent. Note: Access to the property is via a long, bumpy track. Note: From the parking area you have to walk past the owner's conservatory and back door to the property entrance.
