NEW APARTMENT IN VILLA WITH SEA VIEW

The complex where the apartment is located has a wonderful atmosphere and a wonderful view both on the sea and on the countryside. This prestigious resort has beautiful high-end properties, especially villas. The natural beauty and the quiet and sumptuous Madliena district and accessible by public transport from the entertainment venues of Saint Julians and Sliema which offer a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The apartment is all on one floor with access by stairs, it is composed of a kitchen, a double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, one of which is a passageway, a bathroom with shower and bidet, a small private outdoor area. Outside the villa, a space with a wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs, large sun umbrella, and armchairs, available to guests. The apartment is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, linen, hairdryer, TV, free wifi. The apartment is located near the Splash & Fun Water Park, where you can swim with dolphins a few kilometers away we find the wonderful Malta Aquarium
 The apartment is close to the public stop, from where you can reach any place in Malta (only a ten minute walk) Possibility to rent a car and tour in a Comino and Gozo catamaran, prices. Possibility of holistic therapies for the care and well-being of the person The apartment is not suitable for children and disabled people. Light and water consumption are excluded. L'appartamento é nuovo, situato in collina, dotato di una splendida vista; confortevole e dotato di tutti confort per un piacevole soggiorno. Per muoversi è necessaria l'auto. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Siamo andati in questo appartamento in 4 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se potremo è da ripetere. Un saluto ai proprietari Sergio e Aurora che si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi.

I proprietari molto professionali, attenti e puntuali. Bella casa, pulita e spaziosa! La vista mare dal terazzo in comune e bellissimo. Unico neo troppe scale e mancanza di finestra in camera da letto! Bellissima Gozo!
