Hello Kathleen Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. However I find your comment very unfair. As you know I told you several times that you can contact us anytime if you needed anything. The Tv and washing machine are very basic to use and there are also the manuals for reference so I really cannot understand what was the issue here. You had all our contacts but never reached out, we would have been more than happy to help like we always do. As can be confirmed by VRBO I sent you several emails before check in, the only reply I received was a few days before arrival asking for an early check in which we accepted immediately but after that no reply whatsoever. Check in was also not easy as I could not reach you in any way but decided to wait for you at the apartment to make sure I was there to welcome you upon arrival. During your stay sent you several emails asking if everything was ok but they were all unanswered, tried also many times to call you but your phone was always switched off, unfortunately it was very difficult to communicate with you. We work really hard to keep the apartment super clean and in excellent condition and make everything possible to ensure our guests are happy...Kathleen, for your future holidays I recommend you have better communication as simple things can be very easy to solve in few minutes but if you do not ask, you are the only one at fault and I am very sorry to receive 4 stars for silly things.
