2 ARA01 - Basic 3 bedroom house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet area only 9km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.

Simple house (Pre-fabricated) with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Perfect house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 6 people.

It has an outdoor area with a private pool (8.5 x 4.5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals next to the pool with beautiful mountain views, barbecue and parking space for 2 cars. Supervised by a guard from the apartment annex.

It has a living-dining room with TV, complete kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker), 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

The built-in barbecue can't be used, but there's a portable one.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with supplement, 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Youth groups accepted only upon prior request

Special regulations and deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person per house and €75/person per apartment must be paid. This will be returned a week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are totally prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Hätte schlimmer sein können

Nachdem ich die andere Bewertung gelesen hatte, habe ich echt Angst bekommen. Aber so schlimm war es nicht. Ja es ist ein einfaches Haus, ich würde maximal mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort Urlaub machen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde mehrfach sauber gemacht. Inneneinrichtung einfach und spanisch. Waschmaschine war defekt, innerhalb eines Tages eine neue bekommen. Gläser, Töpfe und einige Küchengegenstände sollten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten Ruhe ohne Ende

Hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich - diverse Mängel

Nach unserer Anreise mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Anwesen schon bessere Tage gesehen hatte. Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr und Küche waren nicht wirklich gut gereinigt und an vielen Stellen verdreckt. Die Agentur hat nochmal einen Reiniungsservice geschickt. Allerdings mussten wir selber schon einige Sachen säubern, da wir nach der Ankunft etwas Essen wollten. Für die Reinigung des Hofs war leider keiner zuständig. Der Hof besteht aus brökelndem Beton mit einer Garnitur von 1000 Piniennadeln. Diese mussten wir selber zusammenfegen. Barfuss gehen ist in dem Bereich leider nicht möglich. Die Garage konnten wir nicht nutzen. Obwohl im Text der Anzeige anders vermerkt, meinte die Agentur wir können die Autos unten vor der Garage parken. Wir hatten bevor wir das wussten versucht die Garage zu öffnen, was mit dem Torschlüssel funktionierte. Dabei viel uns jede Menge Unrat entgegen. In der Garage steht ein Bett und diverse Schränke und ein Kühlschrank. Sie ist scheinbar bewohnt. Weitere Nachfragen dazu blieben von der Agentur unbeantwortet. Die Spülmaschine war innen teilweise verrostet. Wir wollten diese so nicht nutzen. Die Agentur hat 10 Tage gebraucht um diese entsprechend instand zu setzen. Die Holzplanken an der einen Seite des Appartments sind teilweise einsturzgefährdet. Sehr gefährlich für Kinder. Der Poolbereich selber war auch nicht optimal gereinigt. Es gab diverse Dreck an der Poolumrandung der sich auch nicht mehr richtig entfernen lies. Wir haben die diversen Mängel der Agentur gemeldet. Zu den meisten hat sich gar nicht zurückgemeldet und größenteils das ganze einfach ignoriert. Eine Anfrage bzgl. Rückerstattung aufgrund diverser Mängel wurde auch ignoriert. Das Haus innen und insbesondere die Bäder müffeln sehr stark. Nach ordentlicher Durchlüftung merkt man das nicht mehr wirklich. Bei einer Dusche stank es aber so stark, dass man nicht mehr durch die Nase atmen konnte. Zum Glück gab es eine Außendusche. Die Außenküche ist leider nicht mehr vollständig. Wir hatten uns über eine Kochstelle gefreut, die es leider nur auf den Bildern gibt. Die Nachfrage dazu bei der Agentur blieb leider wieder unbeantwortet. Das Anwesen was ursprünglich mit viel Liebe angelegt worden ist scheint hier die besten Tage hinter sich zu haben und es gibt leider keinen, der so richtig für die Pflege zuständig ist.
