Just across the street from the sand, Hale Hoku is a 5 bedroom/4 bathroom beach cottage with a sunny and open floor plan. Built up on post and pier, it is as if you are residing in your own private and breezy treehouse!

Three master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom with king bed and fifth bedroom with four twins (two bunk beds) will share a guest bathroom.

The large grassy back yard sets the perfect stage for taking in the brilliant Kauai nighttime sky or a ripe opportunity to test your green thumb on the various fruit trees. Being just steps from the beach and town, the home's location couldn't be more ideal.

Hanalei is a 2-mile long half-moon bay with white sand and maje stic mountains - more than just beautiful, Hanalei is also an amazing ocean playground. Loved by visitors and residents alike, there is no place like Hanalei. While Hanalei is small enough to get around by foot or bike, a car is recommended if wanting to travel outside of the area.

Wonder Beach house for family

Perfect place for a family gathering close to the beach. Great kitchen super clean beautifully decorated. Well thought out for beach living, outdoor shower a place to rinse the sand off your feet close to the front stairs. Wonderful deck for sitting and enjoying the afternoon together, safe for the little ones. We really enjoyed ur stay Thank you

Annual Kauai

Too many noisy chickens and roosters, no air conditioning and open windows to keep the house cool is a recipe for very fitful sleep. Weke road is very noisy and busy. The home is clean and spacious and close to town and beaches.

Fantastic house

This house had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with tons of utensils to cook in. Walk to beach and town quick. Home had lots of sand toys balls and boogie boards. The house was immaculate and kept very well. Children enjoyed the backyard ping pong table etc.We will likely book this house again worth every penny.

Hale Hoku

We are a group of 10 adults who travel to Hawaii together every year. This was our first time renting a house and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is excellent, with walking distance to both the beach and town. The house met all our needs and the kitchen was well supplied so cooking was made easy for us. Our host, River, was awesome! He always answered his phone when we had questions or needed any assistance. I would highly recommend this property.

Hanalei Fun

This property was very well equipped and in a prime location near the beach and town. The yard is very private but spacious. The kids played in the front and back yard. We did a ton of cooking and were so pleased to see how well stocked the house was with cooking supplies. We left the windows open and fans on and enjoyed the ocean breeze. You could hear the rain and waves at night. So peaceful!

The location is ideal... within walking distance to town and the beach... and the home is wonderful! The pictures of the property are good, but don't do it justice. This is a large house and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful, and there is plenty of space to entertain both inside and out. I will definitely return with my family some day as it was the perfect place to stay in Hanalei.

Everything was great! I loved the layout of the house and I appreciate all the details of making it environmentally friendly. She had lots of Tupperware and water filter and other nice touches. It’s also seem like the house had just been re-decorated and very nicely done. My only very small things that could make it better is to get long mirrors in the bedrooms and to get large soap dispensers in the shower so not to use one time use plastic shampoo bottles. Sorry! Eco-Friendly friend here.

The house was in pristine condition when we arrived with plenty of amenities. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children and the house was big enough to accommodate us and be comfortable. Down in the carport, they have beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, a few ice chests, etc. The outdoor shower was fantastic and had the best water pressure compared to the showers in the house. The only complaint we have, is that we couldn't stay longer.

I started an environmental nonprofit to inspire kids to care for the environment. So,I really appreciate all the Tupperware that Family has it, so it cuts down on the need for a Ziploc bags and plastic bags. My only three recommendations and these are very small. It Would be nice to have a long mirror in the rooms. And, they do a really good job using environmental products, I would just add use an environmentally friendly dishwashing detergent. I really like the brand ecoover. I’m sure there’s other ones as well. I also recommend providing shampoo and conditioner for people as well. They only had body wash.Thank you!
