About this property

Traditional stone French country house.

A traditional stone French country house, refurbished several years ago and retaining many original features.

Gated with large driveway for many cars, just under an acre of land with large gardens and stone built outbuildings.

The house comprises of 5 bedrooms upstairs - 3 large doubles, 1 small double, 1 with 2 single beds and 2 pull-out beds if needed upstairs.

There is also a large bathroom and large walk-in shower.

Downstairs comprises of a large lounge with TV and a traditional fireplace / log burner. A large children's playroom includes 2 single sofa beds, as well as lots of toys and games. Next is a large French country kitchen fully equipped including large side by side fridge freezer with water and ice, Oven, Hob, Microwave Grill as well as full size Dishwasher for your convenience while away. This room includes a large dining table for 8+.

There are a further 2 single sofa beds downstairs in the 'play-room' if required so the house can sleep 10 comfortably and 12-14 max.

There is also a large conservatory area through the kitchen (it is only used to store large outdoor furniture)

There is a downstairs bathroom (shower & bath) through the play-room, a separate toilet and laundry/utility area too.

Outside we have a brick built BBQ and gated secluded large private garden with plenty of space overlooking open fields. We have outside table furniture for 8 and a large parasol for shade. (stored in the conservatory)

I'm sure we are missing out lots of detail but hope the photos do it some justice.

It is a very large house so plenty of space but as a traditional French country house it is also not perfect so please look at the photos to know what to expect.
