Totally renovated and beautifully decorated 3 story Home in Lower Chelsea of Atlantic City and one block from Ventnor City. Near the Ocean and Boardwalk, Beach and Casino's. Atlantic City and the surrounding areas of Ventnor, Margate, Longport and Brigantine boast some of the regions best restaurants, shops and cultural centers.
15 minute walk to the Casino strip via boardwalk. 24 hour Jitney service to all destination points. Few minute drive via car.

This 3 story home features Large 6 bedrooms, all rooms has a flat screen TV and Dish Network with WiFi internet. Open full kitchen to living room with comfortable sofa's and large 60" TV. Second floor has a 4 bedrooms, muster bedroom has a king size bed , second bedroom has a queen bed and two other bedroom has a two full bed's in each bedroom. Third floor has two more bedrooms, each bedroom has a bunk bed's and one has a full bed and other has a two single beds.
We provided with towels, bed sheets and full kitchen to have good meal in a house or out site on a new deck.

Everything you could possibly want is right here within walking distance, from shops to five-star restaurants to casinos, attractions and great shows -- all benefits of being one of the few American beaches with boardwalks. What better way to cap a day of shopping, shows and gourmet dining than a pleasant sunset walk on the shore? And should you want to venture into the waves, you can surf, fish, parasail or embark on a relaxing cruise. It is just 1,5 block walk to the bast beach in Atlantic City, on Montgomery Ave. The Lucky house is Located in a family-oriented neighborhood with access to Atlantic City Casinos, Beaches and Boardwalk just in walking destines and Ventnor five stars restaurant and coffees , Tennis and Basketball, playground, beach, you name it and you can do it in in Atlantic City.

Perfect beach getaway!!!

The property was just as described It was perfect for our large group of 22!!! Nice walk to the beach and boardwalk and a short drive from outlet shops and casinos. Will for sure come back :)

Good location but poorly maintained and dirty

Hot tub Very dirty-found old socks, lemon slice, cookie, etc. behind and under furniture Ice machine not hooked up and no ice cube trays provided- was told we could buy a bag of ice .We rent a home because we enjoy cooking and eating in with the children but poorly stocked to cook-no measuring cup, baking sheets, only one bowl; either use for salad or vegetable Only t.v. that worked was the one in living room. E-mailed host and maintenance came and brought a remote. All bedrooms were to have T.V.s but only 2 had and only one worked.Parking space available for 3 cars but parking permit provided for extra vehicle but had to pay $30. and leave it there when we left. I would think VRBO would inspect these homes for accuracy as it does involve VRBO's reputation. The hostesss was very responsive and unsure if she was even aware of the house being dirty and pooorly maintained..

Must read this about this beautiful house

Me and some friends rented this home for a 4 night getaway. First off the owner of this lovely house lives in the front of the house therefore there are many locked doors throughout the house. Then there's the fact that the amenities states that a washer and dryer will be in the house which we realized didn't exist and we were told we had to request for it ounce we asked her. Then there is the Major Fact that this home owner/Renter seems to be very shocked and/or startled that African American adults renting her home. Upon our arrival she refused to do a walk through with us and jumped when my friend opened the door(granted he is like 6'2 but thats rude) and then we never saw her again for our 4 night stay. I wonder if she realized she offended us. On to the decor of the house...its nice but the fact that the two rooms in the attic have four beds and non of the bed sets match kinda makes it unappealing. And you have to put the Air conditioners in the window your self, so i hope you have strong poeple with you. But the Master bedroom has No Air Conditioning so be prepared to lay in a nice comfortable king bed and sweat yourself to sleep on hot nights. The living/dining area is spacious and has central air ,which helps cool the house down but not enough for the rooms upstairs to be cool. Also the day we left we were greated by a nice couple coming to view the house, but still no owner..how rude she didn't even say good bye, thank you or how was our stay in her home. But overall me and my hardworking educated Black friends had a great time staying here besides the issues i stated. Oh and the owner also waited untill the last day possible to refund our deposit stating that there was a pillow missing(which wasn't we made sure everything was put back were not thieves maybebthe couple took it); We would have known if she did a walk through. Therefore we probably paid for the pillow and also some pay pal fee costing us an $180 fee. By the way it was Great doing buisness with you mamm!

Proceed With Caution - Would Not Book Again

The owner: Galina was friendly, prompt, and helpful when I asked for anything. She came over and gave us top sheets for the beds that were missing and replaced the propane for the grill that was empty when we arrived. Her husband promptly came over to install a door handle that was missing for one of the bedrooms. While being friendly, we were also not refunded the FULL “Refundable Damage Deposit” because of the “credit card fees” which she should incur as part of the listing, not take it out of a damage deposit. More than $100 was taken off because of this. The house: The house was adequate for sleeping the number of people we had. The “sleeper sofas” mentioned in the rooms with the twin beds were uncomfortable to sit on, never mind sleep on, and not large enough for anyone over 5 ft. tall. These were not a viable option for sleeping so people had to double up in the full beds. The house was definitely not set up to sleep 18 people comfortably, let alone 24 as it claims. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, not enough toilet paper, and only 1 extra garbage bag. We had to go out and purchase extra supplies because these were not made available. I know I probably could have called and asked for these items, but those are things that should be provided with a rental house. When we arrived, the door knob was missing from the queen bed room but the latch was still in the door so you could trap yourself in if you weren’t careful. There were also no top sheets on 75% of the beds. Galina came over and gave us the sheets, however we had to put them on the bed ourselves. The door knob from the bathroom on the second floor constantly jammed and the handle fell out two occasions, stranding people in the bathroom with no way out. The third floor went completely dark on us one night (overloaded circuit most likely) so we had to wait for someone to flip the breaker that was not located in our portion of the house. When attempting to cook, we found mouse poop in the oven and all over most of the pans we needed in order to cook. We had to go out to buy more dish soap because this was also not provided. The kitchen was nice with lots of space to move around, but overall the house should have been cleaner with more necessary supplies. The location of this house was perfect. 3 blocks from the beach and right near the shuttle stop to take you into downtown Atlantic City. The section of the beach we were near had almost no one on it all 3 days we were there.

Amenities need to be changed

This house is very spacious and can sleep many people as advertised. When we arrived the owner didn't want to do a walk through with us, maybe it had something to do with the fact that she was startled by my friend; I'll give her a pass because he is a LARGE African American man... some people are startled by his size. Anyways we learned fast that the tiles in the kitchen are broken, all 15 of us tripped daily on that part of the floor so be careful not to sprain your ankle. Upon inspections of the rooms there were several empty condom rappers discovered from previous guest in at least 2 of the rooms. The rooms were as advertised. There is a carpet installed that is obviously really old. This is supposed to be a non smoking house but the carpet smelled like cigars and cigarettes. The master bedroom had a nice king size bed with a ceiling fan and no air conditioning. The living/dining area has central air but it doesn't really reach upstairs. Each room has a ceiling fan but not all has air conditioning. The girls room in the attic came with an air conditioner but it wasn't hooked up. It was on the floor and we had to have the guys put it in the window and plug it in. Also the bathroom in the attic is a tight squeeze for adult people. There is a radiator right next to the toilet making the space really tight. During our 5 day stay we couldn't seem to find the washer and dryer that was advertised. When we contacted her she stated that we didn't request the washer and dryer so we didn't have access to it. She knew that there would be there for 5 days and didn't mention anything about something being listed as an amenity has to requested. When it was time to checkout we were greeted by a family that was coming to check out the house to possibly rent the house. The owner wasn't there to do a walk out with us either. It was weird that she didn't want to make sure the house was in top shape to show it. She took exactly 14 days to refund us our deposit. When we asked her about it she stated a pillow was missing (it was not ) she didn't do a walk through or walk out and had a whole family there to see the house upon our departure and told us a pillow was missing when it was time to give our money back. We did get some money back but she was charged a fee from PayPal which was taken out of the deposit, she does state that before renting. Overall it was a decent house, I just wish we dealt with someone who was more professional than she was.

Perfect space

This was perfect for our business retreat. The main room was spacious and good for our meetings. The TV was ENORMOUS and covered an entire wall. The kitchen was stocked (except for a corkscrew, luckily we bought screwtop). And the beach was close by. What more could you want?

Perfect group house

The place is perfect for groups. Priority was to get a place with enough beds for my entire party which there was MORE than enough. Place was delivered with all linens and clean as promised. The place could use a little update/maintenance but nothing that would bother a group of guys. Location was a couple short blocks from the beach. As far as amenities go, it was a short bit off the beaten path. Driving around Atlantic City is slow due to all the lights so pending what end of the boardwalk you were trying to get to, it could take some time. All things being considered, this was the perfect house for my group.

Great spot for bachelor/bachelorette parities or family gatherings

We stayed here for a bachelor party. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is only a 5 minute walks and the casinos are a quick 5-10 minute drive. Wish there was a larger outdoor patio though. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect for a large group

Plenty of comfortable beds for a big group. Grill grates were rusted so we had to put foil on it. Parking is a little tight for three cars when the page says four cars. Had to pay for additional parking passes. Kitchen was well stocked and the second fridge was great.

Good Location but Very Dirty and Overpriced

To set the stage, we had 6 adults and 8 kids, 3 of which were infants who could crawl and did not require beds as we brought our own. We had an issue with another rental location 3 weeks before our trip and had to have our reservation change. VRBO was great in helping us find a new house that, on paper fit our needs, but we were somewhat surprised by what we found. Upon arriving, it was as if the house had not been cleaned in weeks. We found a pizza box with old pizza under the kitchen table, a pair of underwear in a bathroom, a used retainer in another bedroom, hair in each of the showers, dirt and trash and cobwebs under each piece of furniture in the house, there was broken glass in one of the bathrooms, one of the bedroom door handles was broken, the floors had a coat of sand and dirt on them to the point that we had to clean them to even let our kids crawl around because they all had had black feet and hands after crawling around for 5 minutes and there was a bucket of old cigarette butts on the porch. All of this to say, they charge a cleaning fee which is ridiculous given how dirty this house was. We contacted the owner about the condition of the house but she did not respond. Thankfully the linens and towels were clean. They have new TV's and the kitchen was modernized but the living / dining space was combined and relatively small for the number of people the house could hold. The air conditioning was ok in the first two levels of the house (Central air on the first floor, window units in the rest of the house) but was relatively ineffective on the top floor. We were about 2 blocks from the beach which was good and the beach was very clean and well maintained. It was also a great family beach, being much less crowded then other areas we could see. 10 min drive to the Casinos/Shopping and there were a number of stores and small restaurants nearby. I would not recommend this house to anyone but we really did enjoy the time at the beach and in the city!

Sensational!!!

A lovely chateau nestled in the heart of the finest city in our great state. A true piece of Americana. The neighbors and local businesses are overwhelming kind. If your lucky, you'll catch a fancy jazz party on a porch. Indulge in smoked Polish meats. All who come here will be bound forever in friendship.

Large enough to fit my family for a beach day

The property was very large. Large enough to fit my family for a BBQ which was nice. The property was just as described! And the proximity to the beach was amazing. While the house was not the most modern, it was fully equipped and functional. And the owner was extremely responsive to any request. I would stay here again!!!! :)

Great space to crash for the night

I would describe my stay at the "Lucky Star House" as satisfactory. The house was quite large, and unique and fit my group of 12 with adequate space. The house was located near the beach in a good location, and the living space was large enough for my entire group to hang out in. My only complaint with the stay was surrounding the amenities. While this house worked, and served my needs there was certainly a "no frills" feel at the property. Would recommend to a friend as a solid place to crash for the night in Atlantic City.

Summer Rental

My party could not have asked for a better house or owners. The owners were very kind, understanding and very accessible the whole weekend. The house was easily able to sleep 24 people and it was a short walk to the beach. In the common areas there is plenty enough space for large groups.

Comfortable Family Friendly and Close to the Beach

We had a great stay. I really appreciate the thought and effort the owners put into making the bedrooms comfortable. Good mattresses, black-out curtains, tv's and air conditioners in every bedroom. The house was very comfortable for my multi-gen group. The beach was super nice, guarded, wide and not too crowded. So nice to have a shore house that has linens provided! Many thanks to our hosts. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great time

The house was large enough for my group of about 15 people and had a great common area for us to all congregate. The location was very close to the beach and was pretty quiet as well. Galina responds to messages quickly and was very helpful through the whole rental process. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect place for a week out with friends!

The house is huge, able to fit me and all my brothers. One of the few places that allow 20-some college students to rent out so would definitely come back again, the areas nice and the owner worked with us when it came to pricing so would 0 recommend.
