Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly as listed and more. Hot tub was easy to use, basement was great to hang out in, and the location was spot on. Great for large groups. Very responsive and helpful host!

Has a great vibe, great part of town, a little of a walk to the casinos but its nice. Has a little old house smell. Large house!! It was peefrcy for our weekend getaway.

Speakeasy makes for a perfect 21st birthday celebration

The house is very well kept and lots of room for a group. Our trip was a family trip to celebrate a 21st birthday and the speakeasy made it a perfect fit. Check in and communication was quick and easy and they even left some surprise treats for us (very nice touch). Would definitely revisit and recommend !

THE place to stay for a family vacation

If you are looking to get away with the family, this is the place to stay. An infant, two dogs, a few teenagers, some 20-somethings, even an old dude like me... we all had a blast! The house is as advertised: spacious, charming and a quick walk to the beach. To me, it was in that perfect sweet spot of 'nice' but 'not so nice that you're afraid to let children (and dogs) roam around and be comfortable.'I also really appreciated the host's responsiveness. After pointing out a couple issues about one of the beds and a TV, Jason was very quick to rectify the situation.We definitely plan to come back and stay there next summer.

Fantastic Choice!

I’ve rented many vacation properties and this was one of the best! The location, cleanliness, spacious bathrooms, beach supplies, and front porch were fantastic! We never used the hot tub unfortunately but that was clean and inviting as well. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to try out another Bartram Beach property. Communication with the owners was also timely and helpful. You don’t want to miss out on this one!

Great property!!!!

Loved this place! There was 10 adults and so much room. We didn’t even use the downstairs. House is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. The best part of the house was the front porch. Great people watching! Beach is very close (5 minute walk) with beautiful new bathhouse. Property owner was great to work with and responded immediately to any questions. Rent this property- you won’t regret it!!!

Weekend Getaway

Stayed with a group of 10 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. House was clean and much larger than the pictures make it seem; plenty of room in the kitchen, family room, front porch and backyard for gathering and hanging out. Jason was very easy to get in touch with regarding any questions and had great insight about the area. Very close to the beach and less than 10 minute cab ride to the casinos. Looking forward to staying here again next time I have a trip to AC!

Great, clean & well decorated beach house

We stayed here with a group of 10-12 people. Everyone had tons of room and felt at home. Jason was welcoming and easily able to get in touch with if needed. The House was one block from the beach and a quick Uber to AC for clubs if we wanted. The house was clean and charming. I would go back again and definitely recommend, we loved it!

Very spacious house! Lots of rooms and enough space if you needed to use a blow up bed. Kitchen and dining area seats plenty. The only thing we were looking for was a full length mirror. If I have another group looking for a place to stay in AC I would recommend this house!
