The house in the hills of Chiavari

Our house is located on the first hill of Chiavari in a quiet position surrounded by the green of the olive grove a few minutes drive from the historic center, the sea, the station and the motorway exit.
The apartment is furnished with care (double bedroom + single sofa bed and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room) to allow our guests to feel at ease, the private garden allows you to have lunch or enjoy a relaxing moment outdoors.
From home there are easy paths that can lead you to naturalistic destinations characterized by extraordinary panoramas of Portofino and the whole Gulf of Tigullio which can be covered on foot or by mountain bike.
Chiavari is a town that offers every type of service, sport, gastronomy, shopping, culture and is central to reach places of interest such as Genoa and the Cinque Terre and a suggestive hinterland with the Aveto mountain park reachable in just over a ' Now .
It is good to know that, in the periods in which it becomes necessary, 6 € per day will be calculated for heating.
The the cost of final cleaning will be charged € 30.

Excellentes vacances à Chiavari chez Erri et son épouse

Deux semaines de vacances à Chiavari dans un cadre enchanteur. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Erri et son épouse. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous les en remercions chaleureusement. La maison est très propre. Elle se trouve dans un cadre ravissant, proche de la nature qui est si agréable, au calme tout en étant proche de Chiavari et ses commodités. C'est une ville très vivante avec de nombreuses boutiques, commerces alimentaires, bars, restaurants et le marché tous les jours. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Séjour très agréable

Un endroit dans les collines à 10/15 minutes de la mer permettant de rayonner facilement dans la région en prenant le train notamment: 5 terres, portofino... Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants.

Semplicemente fantastico

Per la prima volta abbiamo soggiornato in questa stupenda casa, siamo stati accolti da Erri e Donatella, due persone Fantastiche che ci hanno subito messo a nostro agio facendoci trovare una stupenda torta. La casa è risultata veramente comoda, accogliente e provvista di tutto il necessario, punto forte per i bimbi il giardino che offre anche la possibilità di pranzare e cenare all'esterno. Consiglio vivamente questa location a tutti Grazie di tutto Erri e Donatella, ci rivediamo presto. Luigi, Chiara, Enrico, Vittoria e Marco.

Vacanze in famiglia

L'inizio della vacanza è stato ottimo, Erri è venuto a cercarci all'uscita dell'autostrada per poi spiegarci come raggiungere il centro città con facilità. Probabilmente, se avete letto gli altri commenti vi chiederete che cosa intendessero per un sistema ingegnoso di trasporto valigie, un montacarichi eccellente per risparmiare fatica! Donatella ci ha fatto trovare una buonissima torta in cucina, che accoglienza!! L'appartamento è luminoso, pulito, è attrazzato di tutto il necessario, abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo, è l'ideale anche per famiglie con bimbi piccoli come noi. Ci siamo sentiti bene e consigliamo a tutti quelli che amano la città e la natura un alloggio come questo, a due passi dalla città ma allo stesso tempo immerso nella natura. Oltre a tutte le cartine e il materiale turistico che abbiamo trovato in appartamento, Erri e sua moglie ci hanno consigliato molte passeggiate e escursioni, senza dimenticare tutti gli aspetti pratici di chi vuole visitare altre città vicine in macchina o con i mezzi pubblici. Pied à terre idéal

Logement très propre et spacieux offrant tout le confort nécessaire. L'environnement est typique de la Ligurie avec ses pentes escarpées et sa végétation luxuriante. La proximité de l'autoroute confère à cette location une accessibilité optimale et permet de visiter des sites remarquables éloignés comme la presqu'île de Portofino, Gênes ou les Cinq Terres. Les propriétaires, Erri et Donatella, sont particulièrement accueillants et serviables. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller ce logement. Une petite suggestion : un grille-pain pourrait peut-être venir compléter la cuisine.

L'appartamento è situato in collina a 10 minuti dal mare con un giardino antistante da godere in estate. Per raggiungere la casa occorre scendere una gradinata ma nessun problema per le valigie. .. c'è un montacarichi speciale... I proprietari sono molto gentili e cordiali. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una torta in cucina che ha reso felice la nostra bambina.

"dove all'ulivo si abbraccia la vite"

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo piccolo appartamento tra le colline chiavaresi.Le stanze sono estremamente pulite ed accoglienti,arredate con pezzi di antiquariato piacevolmente ambientati e di carattere.In casa c'é ogni suppellettile necessaria al soggiorno e la "fascia " di uliveto che fa da giardino è perfetta per i pasti all'aperto e per rilassarsi. Graditissima la torta di benvenuto Eravamo partiti per una vacanza piena ma un problema familiare ci ha costretto a fare qualche andirivieni da Genova: rientrare alla sera in questa casa ci ha fatto sentire accolti , rassicurati e rinfrancati . Anche per questo la consigliamo: una casa che ti strappa un "che bellezza!"quando rientri da una giornata faticosa invece che un "che disdetta!" per quello che hai perso è un luogo che merita di essere conosciuto Il titolo riprende una testo di Fabrizio de Andrè "poi scivolammo tra valli fiorite/dove all'ulivo si abbraccia la vite"(Il sogno di Maria da La buona novella)perchè così sono le valli di Liguria in primavera e se si vuole conoscerla "La casa in collina" è un ottima base

klassiek ingericht appartement in de olijfboom heuvels boven Chiavari

Het klassiek ingericht app bevindt zich in het souterrain van een groot huis . Parkeren in gereserveerd vak aan de straat ,dus naast het dak van het huis. In de heuvels , in gehucht op 5 km van Chiavari. Zeer vriendelijke mensen . Je moet wel trappen kunnen lopen en hij heeft een bagage lift buiten gemaakt . Handig ! Verder fijn terras ,wasmachine , koffiezetapp en satelliet tv met o.a BBC en ZDF zenders aanwezig. Er stond een heerlijke taart klaar ! De wifi werkt voldoende. Geldige omgeving om uitstapjes te maken met auto/boot of trein (station in Chiavari) langs de Levante kust of naar Genua. Ook wandelmogelijkheden. Aan de boulevard is ook een gratis strandje. Goede prijs /kwaliteit verhouding ! Thank you Donatella and Erri

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille et avons logé dans l'appartement proposé par Erri et sa femme. Le cadre est calme et reposant. La maison fonctionnelle et conviviale. Le point fort de cette location reste tout de même les hôtes qui sont toujours à l'écoute et d'excellents conseils en cas de besoin. L'appartement est situé dans un magnifique village riche en activités. Je recommande vivement !!

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto ed eleganza e può essere considerato a tutti gli effetti una casa vacanze. E' dotato infatti di tutti i necessari comfort e attrezzature per trascorrere la vacanza in completa autonomia, senza alcun bisogno di servizi esterni. La sistemazione comprende anche un ampio spazio esterno verde liberamente utilizzabile ed attrezzato con ombrelloni, tavoli e sedie. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibilissimi e pronti a intervenire in caso di bisogno per qualsiasi evenienza. Altamente consigliabile, visto l'elevato rapporto qualità/prezzo.
