For anyone who wants the convenience of amenities within walking distance and the privacy of a huge home site backing to a farm, this
beautiful home is for you. The home is exactly 1-1/2 miles from Sumter Landing with its restaurants, shopping and free, live entertainment nightly. The Caroline adult pool is 1/2 mile away and the Coconut Cove Recreation Center is 1/2 mile away in the other direction. Over thirty executive courses and 15 championship courses are just minutes away.
This spacious home boasts three bedrooms, 2 baths, great and dining rooms and a kitchen so well equipped that even a gourmet cook would
be content. Both the Florida room and the lanai provide total
privacy because they back to a farm with many large trees. There are no other homes visible from these two special places. The home
is beautifully furnished and smoke free with a king size bed in the master bedroom
and queen size beds in the two other bedrooms. The lanai is furnished with a table and 4 comfortable wicker chairs and a lounge. If you care to enjoy the
sun, there's even an open patio off the lanai with a gas grill and two chairs. There is high speed internet access and an electric, two-seater golf cart is in the garage for use by our guests. There is telephone service with toll free calling throughout the US and Canada. Free newspaper delivered daily. There is a postal box available for your forwarded mail.

our wonderful 2 week stay in this Beautiful Ranch
About the host
Hosted by Ron St. Laurent
Owners were former telephone company and travel agency employees. They then opened a B&B on the southern coast of Maine which they operated for over ten years. They are now fully retired and living in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Why they chose this property
This home is one of the few, if not the only home, in the Villages which provides total privacy. Because of its unique location you see only a backyard graced with majestic oak trees, many draped with streams of Spanish Moss.
What makes this property unique
Sumter Landing is thee most convenient location in The Villages. We are walking distance to the town square and a short drive to Routes 466, 441 and 466a with all the shopping you would ever want.
