3br./2ba. Residential house, nice fenced, private setting, pool.

nicely renovated home in a quiet residential neighborhood. close to shopping and all attractions. this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home has a fenced yard, a beautiful heated, in ground pool, front load washer and dryer .All utilities are provided, including, cable T.V. , and wireless internet. all bedrooms have queen beds, and two have smart TV's. The property is close to SR528, which is a quick ride west to Orlando, or east to Port Canaveral and the cruise terminals. As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process.

I rented this property for me and 5 teenagers! This was an amazing place to stay. It has a beautiful pool, the house is big enough, but not too big, and it is centrally located to the beach and so many more cool places. The neighborhood is also clean and quiet, and truly.....I will be back! I highly recommend. The house had everything we needed and more. You will see.

Book this, dont wait! Cute little neighborhood and close to the grocery store, gas station and dining. The house was spacious and the big sectional was super comfy! There is a little sunroom off the living room for lounging. The house had amazing AC and a tv in all the bedrooms. The house was clean and the outside was well maintained. I loved the conveinence of the hose out front to spray off everything when we came back from the beach which is roughly about 10 mins away. The heated pool at night with the lounge chairs and lights were fabulous. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! The host was nice and communicated promptly. We would rent this house again, based on pricing alone because it was an amazing deal compared to everything else we looked at. Great location if you plan to visit NASA. This is a highly recommended rental. Thank you for renting to us, we will be back!

Great stay near NASA, parks and the beaches!

Home is neat as a pin, great pool and yard, and is located near everything one needs for a weeks VRBO stay. Literally can walk to Publix and church as desired. We were visiting NASA. Great proximity to the Visitor's Complex. Property is owned/managed by very responsive hosts. If we are lucky enough to go back, we will book this home.

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our short trip. Comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, and very close Publix. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen but also appreciated the easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and movie theater.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice location and the house was comfortable. The only downside is that two of the beds didn’t really seem like queen size but more full size. We would definitely recommend this place as well as stay here again.

Quick trip to Kennedy

The house was exactly what was needed, clean and easy to get to. The swimming pool, and screened in porch was a wonderful part to the property. Close to stores, and attractions. Would stay at this property again.

Great for family time

My family had a great time. The kids loved the pool and we had plenty of space. I enjoy cooking for my family and the kitchen was well stocked with the gadgets you need. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely be back.
