Great Spring Break Gettaway

We had a great stay at the Commons. Easy walking distance to beach and shops. Condos have so much room. Great place to stay. Loved sitting outside in the courtyard every evening. And dog friendly. Had a small problem with drain and they sent someone over no problem.

Everything was clean !!!

This was the second time staying in the same unit . The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the showers other than that everything was good.

Well stocked

The only thing it did not have was a measuring cup. Plenty of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets. Everything was great.

Beach Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the beach house from the moment we got there! This place has everything you could possibly need. There were 8 of us staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. We had a wonderful time making family dinners and enjoyed sitting on the porch at night. The pool is right in front of the unit which was super convenient for all the kids. The beach house is in a prime location close to everything. We had no issues during our stay. The unit was super clean and nicely decorated. We will stay here again.

Good for family

Our family of 5 enjoyed it. Good location and about 10 min walk to beach. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole time, but it was nice having the pool steps away for the little breaks in the rain.

Cute place

This place was clean inside, conveniently located, and had everything we needed. Only downside - you have to sit within 5' of the router to use the wi-fi. It was an easy way to keep my kids off their phones. 🙂

Not happy with this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Too crowded. Looked like college dorm set up. Too many people. Not enough privacy. House did not look like it was cleaned properly. Stains and sticky substance on chairs and table. Pool water was cloudy. Ad said gold cart was included then rental office changed it and said it was an extra $150 a day. Lies. False advertising. I’ve rented and stayed in much nicer places than this. Looked like a welfare apartment set up.
